I make calls for a living so I needed something comfortable, but didn't want something too bulky. This is sleek, light weight and very comfortable (after you get used to it the first few days). The controls on the head set work well, but if you wear it on the left ear they are reversed (volume up you have to push down) not a big deal. Range is good. I could even walk outside and still get good reception no wind canceling though. I love that I can use it for my cell phone too. Big plus. Very easy to use and took me 2min to set it up and pair it with my cell. Keep in mind though with out the handset lift (sold separately) you have to be near the office phone to answer, but then you are free to walk about. You have to also hang up the handset to end the call completely. Over all very pleased, great product. Worth the extra money.

These were bought to replace depleted batteries in a cordless phone handset, and they work! I have been choosing Eneloop AA and AAA batteries (formerly marketed as Sanyo products, now as Panasonic) for several years now - for digital cameras, portable audio recorders, flashlights, etc. I have only good things to say about them.

So glad I bought this so now I can answer the phone anywhere in the office as it automatically lifts the handset up to receive a call.

Not many phone recording devices are as easy to use as the That-2. Works with any type of phone system as it plugs into the handset. For the price, this new version with XLR connectors make this a pro unit.

Love this product. I can answer my cell, regular phone and computer phone with one handset. I recommend it highly.

I recently purchased a THAT-2 from B&H to record some of the teleconferences I've had with various doctors during this Covid-19 shutdown. My phone is an older style office type desk phone with all the buttons on the desk set. The information on the B&H website clearly states the THAT-2 will will not work with phones that have buttons on the handset. Setting it up required a little experimentation since I don't know what type of microphone my handset has and the instructions aren't real clear about what settings to use for the other controls on the device. I use a miniature Sony digital recorder to record the phone calls and once I got the THAT-2 set up properly, the system works flawlessly. I've only had it for a couple weeks, but if it continues to work as it does now, I would recommend it to anyone with similar needs.

I was very pleased with this headset. It's very light and the sound is crystal clear. I had to attached my handset to the Jabra base unit, so it's not as well integrated with my phone. I bought the GN1000 to lift the handset so I could answer or hangup. That works great but an extra cost. I was also able to connect my cell phone to the headset as well. It's tricky when your on a landline call and then answer a cell phone call, but it handles switching to the other phone.

I got this today and it works great with my cell phone, it even came with a 3.5mm to 3.5 mm cable for cellular use...I was surprised..also do yourself a favor..install the gain jumpers as stated in the directions..it will give you more audio on a noisy day. HTH
