Blue Microphones Driver Linux

You need to download a newer driver than what is on the CD because there is a Linux kernel update.

Works well with Linux Mint Mate 20 and so do all the Logitech combos since they use the same driver.

I wanted a screaming fast desktop with the ability to expand and upgrade. In addition to the original 1tb nvme drive, I've since added a second nvme, two SATA ssd's, and a usb a/c hub with extra ports. Amazing! On Windows 11 I'm getting over 1gb on wifi, and I haven't even tweaked any hardware/overclocking settings. Now that other nvme was for Linux Mint, so now it's a dual boot beast! I'll need to deploy some geek magic to get the internal wifi 7 card working, and because the NVIDIA card is so new the driver manager won't let me install the most recent NVIDIA driver on Linux but both issues should resolve themselves over the next few months as the operating system catches up to the latest hardware innovations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This adapter works well with Linux, but will require the user to compile the open source driver and install it. Careful instructions are on the web. I use it on a workstation normally attached to ethernet, but occasionally in need of wireless access. Quick speed test on a strong signal was about 250Mbps (650Mbps on ethernet).

For starters, this microphone cost me 30$. It simply worked when I plugged it in (I use Linux, so this is not always the case). The sound quality is excellent. Far beyond what the price implies. I've owned $200 microphones that didn't sound this good. Another interesting point, I plugged it into my Android 10 phone, and it worked! So recording voice-over on the road just got super easy. The microphone is huge. The base is big and the casing looks like a 1950s plastic space toy. Not an issue for me (I'm kind of a weirdy, so I like it) but might look strange In a more serious corporate setting. Thank you Neat microphones and thank you B H!

These sound great. I am a truck driver and as many know we are required to use hands-free devices while driving. I read positive reviews on the open fit device and decided to give them a try. This things are so light and comfortable you can wear them all day without them hurting your ears like the blue parrot or blue tiger style headsets. Those headsets are great too but after a few hours they start hurting your ear. I'm very impressed with these.

You will be amazed by the quality of this microphone and its ease of use. I absolutely recommend this microphone for those who are looking for fast and easy quality audio recording. This mic is best used for podcasts, youtube videos, and can even be used for budget friendly music recording!

Great mic, as always from Blue Microphones. Easy to use, no set up practically. Would only go with Blue mics in the future as well!

The blue yet I is possibly one of the greatest online buys i've ever made. I have worked with multiple microphones and yet this is far by the best I've ever used. It's clear, powerful simple to just plug in and is great for just about everything. Most definitely better than sliced bread and will always get five stars in my book.
