Blue Microphones Encore 100 Review

This microphone cable provided excellent sound with our new Encore 300 microphones. When upgrading with new mics, our church always upgrades cables as well.

For its price, the Blue Yeti far surpasses other microphones in its category. This microphone is easy to use and ready to go, simply plug the USB into your computer and start recording! You will be amazed by the quality of this microphone and its ease of use. I absolutely recommend this microphone for those who are looking for fast and easy quality audio recording. This mic is best used for podcasts, youtube videos, and can even be used for budget friendly music recording!

Great mic, as always from Blue Microphones. Easy to use, no set up practically. Would only go with Blue mics in the future as well!

The blue yet I is possibly one of the greatest online buys i've ever made. I have worked with multiple microphones and yet this is far by the best I've ever used. It's clear, powerful simple to just plug in and is great for just about everything. Most definitely better than sliced bread and will always get five stars in my book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!!! Received the JBL party box Encore Essential and was first impressed with its great packaging. Pulled it out and connected my phone to it with ease. The Bluetooth is strong and has a huge distance. We rocked this thing at half volume in our backyard, across the pool and it sounded FANTASTIC!! I love the choice of the bass boost especially outside. Inside, no need…this thing BOOMS! After friends and family got out of the pool we hooked up a mic in the back of the Encore and the kids sang along to the POP station…they had a blast. I love that the mic input has a “gain” and a volume knob. Made getting the right balance so easy. Oh…and we did all this on ONE charge…lasted all day and still had juice. I can’t wait to use this as our outdoor movie speaker this summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Partybox Encore Essential is absolutely fantastic! From the moment this came out of the box, I haven't stopped using it. At first, I tried it just as a standalone speaker for my phone in the office. The sound is unbelievable and honestly, I could only put the sound up to ~70-80% before I was worried about the neighbors would complain. I also tried the speaker paired to the TV which was equally amazing. Movies were incredible getting to experience the theatre on my couch. The setup is incredibly simple with easy-to-access buttons on the top and a convenient fold-down panel access in the back for microphone and auxiliary feeds.

It is surprising how this little piece of gear takes down so many other microphones. I have heard over 100 budget microphones but non sounds as musical as this microphone. I'm quite pleased with my purchase and recommend this item for anyone who intends to purchase a mic in this range. Sound wise it takes down my NT1a.

I current own a total of seven other microphones, which ranged in price from about $100 to $400.00. They include the Rode NT3, Sennheiser MKE with Cardioid and Omni capsules, Rode Stereo Video Mic, Shure SM57 & 58, Audio Technica 822, ect. The Rode NT4 is a dramatically better sounding mic than all of then in comparable situations. The quality of my live environment recordings has greatly improved since I started using this mic. From loud rock bands to mellow string quartets, this mic excels. Spend a little more, get a lot more. The Rode NT4 is a great mic, perhaps even a steal at the current price. Buy it now!
