Blue Microphones Yeticaster Professional Broadcast Kit

I broke mine that came with the yeticaster and needed a replacement asap, B AND H CAME THROUGH , got it here quickly and being made by blue its the best shockmount ive ever owned. THANK YOU B AND H!

Bought this to use with my Yeticaster setup (Blue's Yeti microphone, compass tube-style broadcast boom arm, and Radius III Shockmount). Wasn't sure how the mount would work with my tube-style arm but was pleasantly surprised. Easy installation, robust & sturdy construction and ideally compliments my equipment in both form and function (see pictures). Love it!

Over the years I've acquired a small arsenal of microphones from the very expensive (costing over a thousand dollars) to the basic inexpensive models.Years ago while working on broadcast productions, I came across this industry workhorse beauty after hearing the clarity and richness of the broadcast sound in many early productions.When I inquired, the microphone was the Sony ECM-55b. They've been tossed about, stomped on, rained on, abused by amateurs ... you name it .. even chewed on by pets.Like the old Timex Watch ads: They keep tickin and take a lickin.Many times, when I can't decide amongst my expensive mics, I reach in my bag for this one. Even If you have a flip style cam, grab yourself a XLR to mini plug for a few dollars and with the Sony, you've just added pro style sound to your production.After auditioning microphone after microphone for a series I'm filming this month, again I've chosen this microphone. You can't beat the quality built into this baby.

Classic Sony microphones for broadcast. These are medium priced and have great sound. Excellent for interviews and talk shows. You can't go wrong with Sony. Great service from B & H!

Microphones are great for our student's live broadcast setup. They capture clear audio and have a nice long cable.

This is an equal to the other dynamic broadcast microphones. It rejects room noise well and sounds more like a condenser mic than a dynamic mic. Very well suited to podcasting, voiceover, and broadcast. I'm surprised that it hasn't risen to popularity alongside the other dynamic mics in its price category.

This is a professional kit

This broadcast arm worked out just right. Supported the weight of both the Blue Yeti microphone and shock mount, and pop filter. Arm extended over both monitors for a clean look and while allowing me to sit comfortably during recording. Easy to set up.
