This is a very useful filter. I shoot outdoors in digital infrared, and I use the polarizing filter to deepen the skies. A blue sky absorbs infrared rays, so it turns dark in photos. A polarizing filter enhances this effect all the more. I am very happy with this filter, and the cost was reasonable. 5 |

Bringing out some details hidden in digital photos sometimes ruins the sky. This filter helps make your blue skies really blue. Out here in the West, at altitude, the sky can be a spectacular cobalt blue. To keep as much of that color as possible and make the clouds pop, especially when you just lightly alter a photo, use this filter. 5 |
