Bluetooth 4.0 Usb Adapter Gold Plated Micro Dongle

Its does exactly what I need. It could be even better if the connecting parts were gold plated.

I use the TetherPro USB 2.0 A Male to Mini-B 5-Pin Gold Plated cable to tether my Nikon D700 to Lightroom both at my studio and on location, and it has yet to loose connection or fail me on the job. It's bright orange color keeps me, my assistants or clients from tripping over it and causing a big time accident.

I bought Waves NX Head Tracker to use it with Logic Pro X in a Mac Pro Mid 2010 OS El Capitan and Bluetooth 2.1 I needed Bluetooth 4.0, so I bought this StarTech adapter. Plugged into my computer, but it was not recognized as BT 4.0. Then I downloaded Hardware_IO_Tools_for_Xcode_7.3.dmg, and installed Bluetooth Explorer in the Applications folder. Opened it, Tools menu and choose HCI Controller Selector, I clicked at the arrows and selected Broadcom Corp and clicked Activate. Done My computer recognized the StarTech adapter as Bluetooth 4, and I was able to use my excellent Waves NX Head Tracker.

Mini USB Bluetooth® 4.0 Adapter is a fantastic product! Better working range than other Bluetooth receivers/transmitters. Works great with Sony MDR-10R after checking ALL of the configuration for USBBT1EDR4. You MUST install ONLY the last version of the CSR Harmony software; if you have an older version installed, you MUST uninstall the older version first. The new version unfortunately does not include drivers for all of the older transmitters and you can't have more than one version installed at the same time. I highly recommend this product.

When combined with the widi bud usb dongle you have a truly wireless Bluetooth midi keyboard that is slim and works with negligible latency which is great for portable musicians and producers.

Very comfortable and easy to use with the school-provided laptop. They disabled Bluetooth, but the USB dongle gets around that issue very nicely.

I've had this little usb bluetooth dongle for about a year and a half now and I have no complaints. I plug it into one of the backside ports and it works well.

Purchased these for our Church and found they are better than those previously purchased as the Receiver Plugs are now gold plated.

Cheaper than EZ-RJ45, very good quality, 3 prong pins, gold plated.

I like this Audix T 50K transformers because it is of gold plated. The others in the market are not. Simon Ip
