You may want to consider a Bluetooth adapter for your headphones rather than this. They are harder to loose and more convenient.

Purchased a Bluetooth adapter just to see what all the fuss was about ..Sent a few files to my computer.. Could have done this through Email :-) Only con i found is when I paired this with my Bluetooth headphones, my wifi connection would become choppy..

This headset is incredible. The hand tracking is amazing. Setup was super easy. Resolution is great. I own an original HTC Vive and the PS4 VR headset and this is my favorite one by far. The freedom of having no wires outweighs the slightly better tracking you get with the Vive or the better graphics you can see on either PS4 VR or a PC-VR headset. That said however, if you want great graphics on this headset, you can just link it to a PC or even stream wirelessly from your PC with a paid third-party Oculus app (Virtual Desktop).

We are using the Tracker 3.0 for camera movement in Unreal Engine and for the price, it can't be beat. Well done Vive.

Is a great, cheap and easy solution to strap a vive tracker on my shoe for feet tracking in virtual reality.

I bought this to mount the wigig transceiver for my wireless VIVE VR headset. Fits nicely on end of the fireplace mantle and allows for aiming the transceiver at the center of the play area. Taped the transceiver cable to one of the legs to avoid side pull.

The optics are a huge improvement over my previous headset the Vive Cosmos Elite. I do miss the Valve Index Controllers I was using with that. The controllers here are fine and I haven't had any issues with tracking. There is a fairly limited software selection currently for standalone. I mostly purchased for PCVR though which is working fairly well. I've used it to wirelessly stream with the Vive Streaming hub over a point to point Wifi6 connection to my PC as well as over my Google Wifi Mesh network which is only 5ghz. It works better on 6 of course, but it worked well enough on 5ghz as well. Wired is obviously the best experience if you're playing something like a microsoft flight simulator or something else mostly stationary. Sound is pretty good. You can also pair bluetooth headphones or use a dongle to get a normal headphone jack from the accesory USB-C in the front of the unit. I'm really enjoying it in glasses mode where there is virtually no pressure on my face. My issue now is trying to find a usb-C cable with power injection that works to charge the unit so i can play PCVR that way without it slowly draining over time.
