I purchased the Bluetooth adapter to transfer pictures and music from my computer (which did not have one) to my cell phone. The device was simple to install and is easy to use. Was gifted a Poly wireless headset. But needed the Bluetooth adapter for it to work with my work computer. I had to disable the computer Bluetooth but after that this little adapter can reach around my whole house. I have even answered calls from my kitchen while cooking lunch. My wife's computer hates our wifi. Enter the Xcellon UBS Type A adapter. With this adapter, she can bypass the wifi and hook directly into the router for better speeds and reliability. I was worried at first it wouldn't connect since it's an older PC laptop but it worked without having to install anything. It lives on her computer permanently and we haven't had any issues with it.
