I was having a lot of problem with a low quality adapter. Through troubleshooting I realize the problem was the adapter and I received a recommendation to get the Keyspan USA19HS. As soon that I connected it the problem of transmitting data for a software upgrade went away immediately. Great product and easy to use with Windows 7. I recommended! 5 |

I bought a $3 adapter on another site and it didn't work (at all, despite A LOT of troubleshooting) and left me with no alternative but to simply purchase another. This one is still cheap, is well constructed and works as it's supposed to work. 5 |

You may want to consider a Bluetooth adapter for your headphones rather than this. They are harder to loose and more convenient. 5 |
