Bluetooth Audio Adapter Apple Tv

I use the Aluratek ABC02F Universal Bluetooth Audio Receiver and Transmitter connected to the Optical Audio output on my Sony TV. It pairs with a set of Sony Bluetooth earbuds to provide a separate channel for audio for my aging ears while the TV's audio continues to function independently for the rest of the family. The optical connection to the TV was simple and the ABC02F paired quickly and easily to the Sony Earbuds. The ABC02F is plugged into a USB port on the TV and is always on so the earbuds are reconnected within the time it takes to remove them from their charger/case and insert them into the ear.

I have an iMac from late 2009 and by bluetooth was not totally compatible with the Magic Track Pad 2. Before ordering the trackpad I researched on the internet, spoke to people at Apple and B&H. What I got was varying opinions. What I concluded was that I should spend the extra money. When they arrived I paired by trackpad to my iMac without the adapter. It worked initially. But when the iMac went to sleep, the pairing was lost. I hooked up the adapter and since then the trackpad and iMac are happily paired. One last comment. Since I bought from B&H and live out of New York State, there was no sales tax. That combined with the lower price for the trackpad at B&H, I saved money versus driving to the closet Apple Store. Pros: - Sound is more refined - Bluetooth 5 gives me the 8-12’ of extra distance from devices that I needed. - Connecting to the TV and iPhone at the same time is very useful. Whichever device is sending audio gets auto-selected. Better auto-connection to devices when first turned on. - Noise Cancelling is ~20-30% better with a side to side comparison. - Can be listening to TV and get a phone call from 2nd device. CONS: - Battery seems to fade faster (~10-15% faster than XM3) but probably due to the 2 added mics, extra bluetooth signal, bluetooth strength, and deeper, fuller sound quality. - Even with the new superior Bluetooth 5, some TVs (ex. 2015 Samsung LED) have continual audio glitches. (Not the headphones fault but rather a Samsung problem that may occur on other TVs as well). Love the updated XM4s and can’t wait to see the XM5s improve on the battery. Perhaps offer a second upgrade padding for we people with big heads and big ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little Bluetooth adapter to connect to my audio system. Although my receiver has built-in Bluetooth, it is very finicky to connect to. This unit solved the problem. I like that it has an optical cable connector to make the connection to my receiver.

The Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter works right out of the box. It comes with a power supply , a mini-stereo to RCA cord. In my case I connected to the Aux-Input on an old Sony receiver. I paired it to my iPhone 4s and my macbook pro with no trouble. My daughter's macbook pro paired up right away but she tried to stream her iTunes and it would not go. However, her Spotify went fine. The range seemed acceptable. There were some artifacts (like digital hiccups) but I am not sure it was the device or the laptop.

Can only use it with my i phone. Can't connect to my audio technica bluetooth turntable. Can't hook it up to my new samsung tv

I like the zero latency with which I can listen to audio from the movie playing on my big screen TV over Bluetooth, and I certainly appreciate the longevity of the battery. I hang them up on the lamp on my bed stand overnight so they are easy to find in the morning

I bought the Alluratek to connect Bluetooth head phones and an audio amplifier to a TV that has only one optical audio port.  The amplifier connection is through an external Bluetooth receiver.  I havent used the Alluratek for connecting two receivers simultaneously.

Did what the Apple the Apple adapter didn't. Allowed me to connect my Antelope Audio Orion TB Audio interface with ASRock Fatality ITX mobo with no issues. Apple version I had to replug to recognize interface with my PC. No issues with this adapter.

I am a yoga instructor and having to up my audio game during the pandemic was a must! I originally purchased this for outdoor teaching but due to it being on back order, I didn't receive it until Dec. I am able to use the mic for zoom classes from home on my PC laptop & just purchased the Apple lightning to USB camera adapter so I can use it at the studio with their iPad (because if you only use the other Apple adapter, your device's battery will lose it's charge fast while in use- a helpful tip from another B&H rep). The audio quality is exceptionally better than Airpods and Beats, your students will agree! I didn't intend on buying the whole system but I'm glad I did; I would have spent the same amt of money (or more) if I purchased them separately. The only con of this purchase is that the mic headset will take some adjusting to fit your head securely. It has a slide adjustment feature but I needed it to contour my head better as well. DO NOT bend the mic wire; the headband wire IS bendable but difficult to do, so just be patient and gentle. I had some wonderful help via video chat with a B&H rep who guided me in doing this.
