Bluetooth Dongle Cant Start Plugged Into Keyboard

Since I WFH and use a MBP, I needed another external keyboard. I like that it is bluetooth, so no dongle! No lags, always connects. Plus it looks great.

When combined with the widi bud usb dongle you have a truly wireless Bluetooth midi keyboard that is slim and works with negligible latency which is great for portable musicians and producers.

IT WORKED WELL FROM THE FIRST TIME I PLUGGED IT INTO MY COMPUTER

The keyboard and mouse have worked flawlessly from the start. The single receiver for both devices is plugged into a USB port in the back of the desktop. The computer is in an enclosed compartment in a desk and there are no communication problems. Best of all, no wires.

It's very small handy, but powerful. I'd recommended to use it with the bluetooth dongle.

The only reason I got this is because it was green. I do like how firm and secure the connection is Into everything it's plugged into. It's really hard for me to tell, but I believe the sound quality is better because of this cable. I don't know if it has to do with shielding or not, that's just my opinion. I have no data to back that up.

Bought the headset about a month ago, needed a replacement for my JBL Quantum 200's. Overall the product is top tier, the sound quality is crisp, clean, and (often times) very loud. Pros: - Long battery life (while wireless), in my experience it gets a solid 30-32 hours whilst connected to the included dongle, and right around 43 hours with Bluetooth only. The headset can be connected via Bluetooth AND the dongle at the same time. Note; I do have the RGB function disabled on my headset, which extends the battery life by a *ton*. - Good range on the wireless connection, both Bluetooth and dongle. - Capability to be wired with USB-C (console), or 3.5mm jack going into a headphone/mic splitter (PC) - Amazing mic quality *while connect via wires*. Honestly the mic's balance and quality is on par with some dedicated desk/boom mic's that I've had in the past. - Very comfy fit, I can easily wear them for 5-6 hours straight with no issues. Very little wiggle on my head, even when vigorously shaking or bobbing my head. - Active noise cancelling is so good that it's almost disorienting. Being able to hear most of the environment around you just vanish really is a harrowing and alien experience after never having used it before. The noise cancelling is togglable from a button on the left earphone. There is also a Talk through function, for when you need to hear everything around you or carry on a conversation. - Audio has next to zero delay whilst wireless. I've played quite a few CS:GO and Valorant games, relying almost entirely upon audio cues/footsteps. Not once did I notice any delay that ever affected gameplay. Con(s): - Uhm... Mic quality whilst wireless decreases substantially? Less of a con, more of a side effect to ANY wireless connection. Over all; If I could give this headset a 6/5 stars, I would. It really is one of the most versatile pieces of tech that I own.

I wanted this device to replace an old USB 2 hub that I use with my laptop to connect multiple, mostly low speed devices like keyboard, mouse, and printers. I acquired a new keyboard that needed two USB 3 ports to operate, and, as is usual now, my laptop only has 2 USB 3 ports. Everything worked very well for me. I simply plugged the Sabrent into my laptop and then I plugged in all the other devices, one at a time. All were recognized and connected right away. The only issue I had was with a small wireless dongle for my Logitech mouse. The connection was not stable when I plugged the dongle directly into the Sabrent after I had added several other devices. I fixed this with a USB extension cable that moved the dongle a few inches away. Apparently, there was some kind of interference with the close proximity of the wireless dongle with the Sabrent. The device comes with a large power supply that allows one to connect multiple USB devices drawing power from the connection, although I have not really tested that feature as I have my devices such as external USB hard drives connected to a Thunderbolt 3 docking station. For those looking for a good USB 3.0 hub with a lot of ports and power available on each port, this is a great option. They even have a version with 16 ports if one needs even more. The only thing to remember is that, as a USB 3.0 hub, the bandwidth of all the devices operating at one time cannot exceed that of the one USB 3.0 master connection (5 GB). If you have only a few high speed devices, or you just want to connect many devices that won't use a lot of bandwidth at the same time, this is a great option.
