Bluetooth Files Received Fail But

Took about two hours. But now But now all my Files are back up.

I use these at work to quickly shuffle around large files. Never had one fail or have problems.

I needed a redundant way to back-up my picture files. (I just had a hard drive fail) The Buffalo system does it automatically. I had a little trouble setting it up but a call to customer service took care of the problem. Their rep. talked me through the setup and it has worked as advertised.

This is my third ThunderBay enclosure, and it's used as the fail-safe backup for all my files. With the Softraid software, it's the best solution I've found so far to store and maintain my many terabytes of photo & video data. The bonus is fairly quick phone and email support response from OWC. The TB8 units integrate particularly well with my Mac OS machines and operating system.

Worked perfectly. But I believe I will need another one very soon as I work with a lotta RAW files.

Purchased a Bluetooth adapter just to see what all the fuss was about ..Sent a few files to my computer.. Could have done this through Email :-) Only con i found is when I paired this with my Bluetooth headphones, my wifi connection would become choppy..

It works well. I wish the Bluetooth would reach farther. But all in all it's a great add on for my system.

Great sound. Very comfy. But the touch controls were just a fail. And if you have a moist headband on they react to that and go crazy. Too bad. Returned them.

I've used a lot of large external hard drives. Sometimes they fail. But the LaCie drives fail less, in my experience.

All you can say about a large hard drive is that it seems to work and doesn't make weird noises, right? But ultimately a few will fail, which is why I'm using them in Synology's hybrid RAID. I had four 18TB drives from another manufacturer in my desktop, and one failed in the first week, which is mostly bad luck, but ouch.
