Bluetooth Headphones Only Work As Headset

I have one stand for my favorite headphones and got this second stand for my work headset.

I've tried several headphones for work and this is the only one that worked well. I am appreciative for a reasonably priced headset that works well.

I'm using this mostly as a phone headset with a Fiio bluetooth adapter, for work teleconferences, but I also use it to listen to tunes. It works far better than it should for music, and it's comfortable. Very nice.

For 2 years, I have been using the Jabra Evolve 65 headset that pairs to a PC via bluetooth adapter. While the audio quality is excellent with the Evolve 65, when speaking on my corporate VoIP UC application, my range was limited to bluetooth ranges. The audio quality drops off sharply within 20 feet, and does not penetrate my household walls, doors, glass windows, etc. I could not comfortably walk into the kitchen or restrooms with the bluetooth transmission ranges. When I purchased this new headset, all of my range limitations went away! The DECT wireless allows me to go anywhere in my house, or even outside to the mailbox without interrupting the audio quality of my work. I work from home full-time, and the Engage 75 is the first headset that keeps me working and audible anywhere I wander around my home.

Was gifted a Poly wireless headset. But needed the Bluetooth adapter for it to work with my work computer. I had to disable the computer Bluetooth but after that this little adapter can reach around my whole house. I have even answered calls from my kitchen while cooking lunch. Thank you B&H, this store is the best, I order from here for any electronics or camera needs.

As a supervisor of a Police Motorcycle unit, I was searching for a Bluetooth devise I could utilize in conjunction with my radio headset & these OpenMove work great!! They have survived several heavy thunderstorms & full 8 hour shifts without a single hiccup. I even had to dismount & had to engage in a short 30 yard foot pursuit without these moving & continued to work without any problems!! (Six months prior- I lost one of my $$$ earbuds in a foot chase!!) They are so comfortable and don't ever hurt your ears like other buds can after periods of extended use. They don't leave your ears ringing if you've got them too loud for a little while. I executed a lengthy search for the correct Bluetooth headset/earbuds to hold up to the vibration of a Harley Davidson & wearing for a complete shift comfortably & able to hold up to the rigorous atmosphere of everyday outdoor weather!!! Never had Bluetooth headphones till now and I'm loving them.

I’ve gone through a number of headsets for my desk work phone. I’ve spent from $19 all the way to $47. The headphones just didn’t work well, the noise cancellation and mic fidelity were very dad. Welp you get what you pay for sometimes. These headphones exceeded my expectations. Remember though this model is the for phone jack, the RJ9. I got it for around $132. Totally worth every penny. Not only is the sounds quality better on my ears, the feel and attention to Detail is great. I have a Cisco phone at work and these Cisco headphones are the ones you want. Don’t make a mistake and get cheap headsets for work. You will be using it all the time. Invest in a good headset. Just get this headset already.

I work at a steel mill and don’t think noise cancellation headphones stand up to a good pair of airplugs.These don’t use noise cancellation exactly. They circumvent the ears completely and conduct noise through bone.The sound quality is somewhere between cheap and quality headphones, meaning reasonable. Listening to heavy metal doesn’t sound the same.I’m willing to accept that for 3 reasons:1. My earplugs still work like normal. I’m being completely safe.2. I never have to adjust these even with a hardhat and safety glasses on.3. To hear someone speak, I kind of still can. I can hear background noises which doesn’t interfere with listening to music but I can focus on it and be aware of my surroundings. If I’m speaking to someone I only have to slightly move one earphone.Oddly: when I lift a single earphone it seems to pause the audio as if I hit pause. This means less fiddling with a headset or finding the pause button before someone at work can communicate with you.The time it takes to actually remove your headset and out your headset back on is a quarter of the time it takes to remove and put back headphones. They just fall into the right location.I also notice I’m not cranking the volume when airplugs are in. I can listen loud and clear at medium volume.These also connect with no hiccups to my iphone 7 even though its getting old. With other bluetooth devices I’ve had issues with bluetooth connection.
