[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an iPhone and I had to download an app to use these. I was expecting to be able to just connect with Bluetooth and go. The app does have a lot of features. I wouldn’t personally use much of them but I can see how some might enjoy them. The app tracks your usage. The ear buds have a stop to speak feature. If you start talking it will automatically pause the sound so you can hear the other person. It also has gestures that I haven’t mastered yet. You actually tap in front of them instead of the device itself. The charging case is small and compact. Buds are comfortable even lying down.

I was hesitated for this headset for quite a while. It is mostly due to the high price around 90+. B&H had it for $ and I had no second thought and grabbed it. The PC dongle works great as your audio device stay online whether you have the headset set to USB or not. This won't confuse the PC as applications tend to bind it to an audio device and get confused when you disconnect devices. Bind a bluetooth headset to PC and you know what I mean. I use the bluetooth mode for my cell phone only. Switching works flawlessly with a toggle on the headset. The boom mic also falls into one of my strict criteria as I found most of the wireless bluetooth headset without boom mic struggle to deliver clear voice. This one will not let anyone to notice you on wireless. I have it working with all my VOIP app, including my company Cisco VOIP app.

The bluetooth connection is between the base and the cell phone, with DECT to the headset. So you leave the phone on your desk and take the headset with you if you want to walk around. The printer makes very nice labels and with Brother's label software (free download) it becomes very powerful and versatile as well. Being able to use all your installed fonts as well as clip-art and photos is fantastic!

Download the software, plug in the dock and connect to your lens, its that simple. I didn't need to make any changes to the lens's that the dock works with(I have the 24-105 Art and 150-600 Contemporary). I did check for firmware updates but both lens's were up to date. It was bundled with the 150-600C so I scored it for free, but the price of the dock would be worth it for your Sigma compatible lens's.

It works as it should and is easy to connect. Make sure you download the right software. Setup takes a few minutes but it is worth the wait. As expected it does not allow for full HD capture with a Canon T4i. This is a camera fault and not a UltraStudio Mini Recorder Capture Device issue. Will try with a Magic Lantern firmware add-on to see if it helps.
