The only USB converter that I found that works with Windows 7 64 bit. Just plugged it in, windows went out and found the driver (did NOT have to use the CD that came with) and it works it works, it works!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connections are solid either you use bluetooth or wireless, not much difference noted since bluetooth is 5.2. Just wish the driver will be crispier but for 40mm driver, soundstage overall is adequate. Detachable microphone is a plus. Battery lasts for a good week with everyday 3 hours of continous using. Surround sound is ok not wow compare to other available headset on the market. Seemless connection with computer, xbox and even with phones. No connectivity issues. Good gaming headset you can get for the money.

Had constant issues with my Windows PC trying to do MIDI over Bluetooth with a new synth I had. Driver problems, Bluetooth problems, configuration settings, etc, Literally spent hours multiple times trying to get things to work at all. This WIDI Bud Pro dongle solved them within minutes of plugging it in! It handles both the USB MIDI & the Bluetooth LE duties on it's own, and connected to my synth over Bluetooth within seconds and finally let me get back making music. NO more Windows screwing around trying to figure out what is going on. I'd previously purchased another CME MIDI product and was very happy with that, they seem to have MIDI & Bluetooth figured out! Now no cables or PC nightmare at all to use my new Bluetooth-capable synth. If you are a Windows user, save yourself a HUGE headache and get one of these, I don't regret it at all.

... I installed Windows 10 64 bit on my PC. Nothing hot swap about it now that I can find. Under Windows 7 64 bit it was genuinely hot swap. It was the simplest thing to install and use. With Win 10 I need to power off the PC, remove the HDD installed, insert the required HDD and power on again. I can't find a solution so this is a last resort :-( . From what I've found it is a problem with Win 10 not the device. Nonetheless, with 4 HDDs ranging from 3 to 6 TB, it is a pain in the sitting apparatus it won't hot swap now. If there is a solution I'd love to know what it is.

Works great with no issues. Running windows 11 64 bit and using 3D software such as ZBrush. Very smooth and precise unlike my old Huion. I noticed the difference immediately when started using it. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Generally speaking, pleased with performance on my 64-bit, Windows 7 laptop, USB 3.0 port. I don't have precise metrics, but the read and write speeds are very impressive for files of all sizes. When I first started using it, I had to reformat it to NTFS so it could take some very large (8GB) files i have. Ergonomically, the retraction mechanism is a little odd and takes some getting used to - no big deal though. I have just had it for a few weeks - so its too early to comment on its longevity and reliability. But my past experience with SanDisk products is excellent.

I use this product to connect my keyboard with my computer. It runs windows 7 64 bit and it recognized the connection instantly. You don't need to install anything. The cord is very long which is great. It also is very durable.

We used this adapter with a 5-yr-old HP Envy 700 (Windows 10, 64-bit) that lacked an HDMI output but had good USB3.0 ports, to connect to a Dell Ultrasharp 27 capable of QHD 2560 x 1440 @ 60Hz. The guidance with the adapter said we might need to update drivers and this was the case, but easy. Everything connected and worked as described, with beautiful results.

I've purchased the USA-19HS for all of the field techs on my team because it works reliably, even with 64-bit Windows 7. And, I consistently recommend it to other teams who need the functionality. But, it does have some things to be aware of... CONS: - *When* the USB cable comes out accidently, the driver is likely to BSOD (blue screen of death) Windows if the serial port is in use at the time. Tape it on or whatever you have to do to prevent this from happening. It may not be attractive, but a bunch of tape will provide the tension you'll wish it had. - This product has been around longer than 64-bit Windows. Download the latest driver from the website, just in case. I think it's actually admirable that Keyspan/Tripp-Lite has continued to release new drivers for product line, but the product just works and I actually trust this one better than a newer(?) model where they tried to fix the USB cable issue by hard-wiring it to the device. PROS: - Tripp-Lite has continued to update the drivers. - Never had compatibility issues. - I've used with 32-bit Windows XP, 32-bit Windows 7, and 64-bit Windows 7 on the USB side. - Used with PuTTY to connect to Solaris, Linux, Terminal Servers, PDUs, and more on the serial side. - Extremely reliable (unless the USB cable gets pulled out. For my lab, I purchased the 4-port USA-49WG brother to this device which also works well, but the multiple ports add some complexity due to flexibility in configuration. Unless you really need multiple serial ports connected at the same time, I'd stick with the USA-19HS single-port device.
