I am a long time Garmin user going back to the Garmin 660 and Nav 5 and now the Zumo XT. The Zumo XT is one great piece of electronic sweetness. With it's bright screen and many great features it makes the other 2 Garmin's that I owned antiquated. 5 |

Humans are creatures of habits. I've used a Garmin Zumo 660 since Mar, 2010, and was dreading a change. That dread changed to excitement when viewing the slightly larger, and much more readable (in the bright sun) screen. I also like the ability to rotate to a portrait orientation as I ride with heading-up. The touch screen is glove-friendly, and with a bare finger, you just need to be close to the screen surface. Although I'm still experimenting with the features, there are two things I am trying to get: elevation display and changing the track history color from red to blue. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the improvements and the XT's function. 5 |

This unit replaces a 4 year-old Zumo 660. The upgrades are wonderful. Brighter screen that does not wash out in the sun, quicker response time and more options for use. I've paired it with the Touratech locking cradle for security and am very satisfied. 5 |

I bought this several weeks ago and immediately installed it on a Can Am Spyder. I've owned several Garmin GPS units over the years including the Zumo 550 and the RV760. For a motorcycle, this XT is just awesome. It has a very bright screen and is large enough to see very clearly even on a motorcycle and in the sunlight. Great features, easy to add routes and finally, a first for me.....it automatically updates without having to plug up to the Computer and use Garmin Express. I got home from riding today and it recognized my WiFi at the house, searched for an update and then installed it....all without any input from me....then shut itself down just like it is suppose to when disconnected from 12VDC power from the mount on the bike. Hopefully, it will be as long lasting as my Zumo 550.....2007 till I just sold it in April this year....and still working with the original battery. 5 |

I've used Garmin GPS systems on my motorcycles for years, but the Zumo XT is the best so far. The primary reason is the brighter screen, even on the sunniest days...you can still easily see and read the face. Besides being an excellent GPS, it is also a handy "MP3" player, connects to your telephone, directs you to gas, lodging, food, hospitals, POIs, etc., and does so quickly and efficiently. It's a great "co-pilot" to have on those long solo trips...one, you can count on! 5 |

Initially, I was frustrated with my Zumo XT. I have owned several other Garmin GPS units, and the changes in software and problems with connectivity to my MAC were really frustrating at first. Now, I have developed a completely wireless process to transfer GPX files and their associated waypoints and points of interest to My Zumo XT through the use of Garmin Drive and Garmin Explore Apps. It took me some time to learn the new capabilities of the software and the quirks associated with the changes, but now, I love the use of Garmin Explore to manage collections and to choose what I display on the screen at any point in time. I use the XT for road riding, as well as off-road riding. I have dedicated mounts on my 2004 BMW R1150 RT, my 2006 Husqvarna TE610, and my 2017 Beta X-Trainer, as well as in my 2000 Land Rover Discovery and my 2004 Ford Excursion Diesel. The device performs all tasks I ask it to perform, from spoken Directions on Routes/Trip, to Track Navigation when off-road, to music streaming control, to phone call control when riding. It pairs with my Cardo Packtalk Edge, my Garmin In-Reach Mini 2, and my Iphone 13 Pro without issue. Can recommend the Zumo XT for any type of riding. 5 |

I've had my Garmin Zumo XT for about three years, and so far I've been very happy with it. (I've owned two over the years). I wish the owner's manual explained in detail how to access routes stored on a SD card. 5 |

I was using a Garmin Montana prior to the Zumo XT and is a big improvement. I specially love the brighter and bigger screen. A lot of great features. Wish I bought it sooner... 5 |

I only have the Zumo XT for a short time but I've owned so many Garmin GPS's I know what to look for. It's a great unit, the screen is easy to see in any light and the processor is very fast. So many features and apps. I do wish the Tripadvisor was live not from a database. The only thing missing is an app to look up Cities, You can quickly look up any city, the unit will autoroute you but I miss clicking on the City app and see cities close to my current location. I sill highly recommend the Zumo XT and would replace if needed. 5 |
