This headset supports connectivity via USB for use as a PC headset and via Bluetooth for use with cell phone calls. The base makes it easy to switch between PC and Bluetooth. I was hesitated for this headset for quite a while. It is mostly due to the high price around 90+. B&H had it for $ and I had no second thought and grabbed it. The PC dongle works great as your audio device stay online whether you have the headset set to USB or not. This won't confuse the PC as applications tend to bind it to an audio device and get confused when you disconnect devices. Bind a bluetooth headset to PC and you know what I mean. I use the bluetooth mode for my cell phone only. Switching works flawlessly with a toggle on the headset. The boom mic also falls into one of my strict criteria as I found most of the wireless bluetooth headset without boom mic struggle to deliver clear voice. This one will not let anyone to notice you on wireless. I have it working with all my VOIP app, including my company Cisco VOIP app.

I'm using this mostly as a phone headset with a Fiio bluetooth adapter, for work teleconferences, but I also use it to listen to tunes. It works far better than it should for music, and it's comfortable. Very nice.

I like to use wired earphones with my mobile phone - just to keep things simple (Bluetooth is nice, and I have a superior Bluetooth headset, but sometimes it can get glitchy and I have to remember to charge it, etc.) I got a pair of these at B&H and decided it would be handy to have a spare in the bedroom... so I got another and, in addition got a pair for my sister to use with her phone.

It works, but it's odd how the volume seems muted from the Rode mic vs using a bluetooth headset or the built in mic on the phone.

For the money this camera does what I want it to. I can't get it to connect to my PC on Bluetooth but it connects to my phone and then I transfer from the phone to the computer.

This headset checks off all the boxes. Switches from mobile to pc soft phone seamlessly. Excellent Noise cancellation. And the case is a plus. Lightweight enough to forget your wearing it so it's good for all day with over 6 hours of battery. My only complaint is the reach to my ear canal can be better but this is a matter of ear size. I highly recommend it.

When using my old headset, used for PC-to-phone for long distance, I kept getting the message my microphone wasn't detected. Installed this headset and the problem went away. Works great, sounds clear and no problem to set up.
