These neck-phones/speakers are excellent at virtually any volume. Using an HD music service supplies exceptional sound considering the connection is bluetooth. I do wish the Sony Headphones Connect App was available on windows 10 or 11 computers. The bluetooth connection through a windows device is abysmal. iPhone great,android great, Mac great 5 |

My new H570e headset is exactly as advertised. The sound quality and microphone are perfect for my need to manage my severe Low Vision and macular degeneration. I use Zoom for communication and JAWS for screen reading. And I also use the microphone for speech-to-text; it transmits correctly my speech. I purchased 1 of each - Low Lid + Hi Lid . Please do see my other review on the Hi Lid one as well. This is lighter but in terms of the volume there is not much of a difference. Well built and sturdy with minor eccentricities around locks and back handle. 5 |
