Bluetooth Keyboard With Touchpad For Ipad Mini

This feels like an absolute must-have accessory for your iPad. This keyboard is incredible, the keys feel great when you are using them, the touchpad works flawlessly. It brings a whole new level of usability to your tablet if you use it for any sort of typing what-so-ever. I also purchased a fairly inexpensive bluetooth mouse which makes this almost like a little laptop. LOVE the magic keyboard.

I have owned four iPads over the years, and a case isn't just to protect the device. A case can also greatly enhance the usability of the device. Before buying this case, I bought two other cases for my 10th gen iPad, and I returned both of them. They just didn't make the iPad any better. I didn't want to spend this much money just for a case. This thing is really expensive, but after finally pulling the trigger, I realized how much more this is than a case. The keys are amazing and the touchpad... I thought I would only use the touchpad when I would remote into Windows computers from the iPad, but I actually use the touchpad quite a bit, especially for scrolling and gestures. It is also great to have buttons on the keyboard for play, pause, mute, and volume. It's so much easier to press a real key for those functions than tap through. Also, it is so much nicer to fill out forms, compose emails, and message when you don't have a virtual keyboard covering up half of your screen. The cherry on top of all of this is that the case doesn't ever need to be charged because it is powered directly from the iPad's smart connector. My girlfriend tried my iPad in this case for 5 minutes before she decided that she HAD to have the same case for her iPad. Seriously, this is the best iPad case out there.

Love the case! My ipad feels secure and the keyboard feels like a dream to type on. The touchpad also feels identical to the magic folio. I just wish that it was easier to put in and take off the case.

I have used multiple keyboard for this and other iPads. This is by far the best and helps close the gap between the iPad and my Mac laptop, given the touchpad functionality.

Not long enough to talk about performance, but the M2 feels better (touchpad and keyboard) than M1.

I ordered the Bluetooth keyboard to go with an iPad I bought for my son and it arrived in just a few days! I was also very well packaged. Thanks!

This keyboard works out perfectly for my iPad Pro 12.9. I love the following features: 1) iPad/keyboard interface without a bluetooth; 2) the great multi gesture trackpad; 3) the full size, backlit keyboard without a need of battery. 4) This keyboard enhances the functionality of iPad Pro and make it more useful. Some shortcomings: 1) the weight of the keyboard is a little heavy. 2) a little pricey.

Up until now, I could connect either a USB-audio headphone OR a USB-compliant MIDI keyboard to my USB-C iPad via a wired connection, but not both. This meant that one of the two – keyboard or headphone – had to be connected via Bluetooth. This is usually not a problem except when trying to record a live performance, where Bluetooth latency is frankly unacceptable. With the MiniFuse, however, both the keyboard and the headphone attach to the interface, and a single USB-C cable connects to the iPad. I have so many neat synth and other music creation apps on there that I can finally use live! This is HUGE for me. Note that the MiniFuse 4 supports up to 500 mA keyboards via its USB-hub, so long as it's plugged in, whereas the MiniFuse 2 supports only up to 250 mA devices, which cuts out most external USB-compliant MIDI keyboards. Yeah, it's a bit of a pain to have to plug the MiniFuse 4 to a wall socket to make it all work, but that's still just a single wire. Oh, also, I've connected some synths to the audio inputs, and I've been running both the headphone and main Audio outputs, as well as the loopback interface both with the iPad and my mac, and it all works and sounds fantastic. The manual takes a bit of careful reading to understand the possible routings (for me at least, I'm a newbie at this) but it's well written and I was able to figure it out pretty quickly. I didn't know I needed it, but now that I have the MiniFuse, I can't imagine not having it as the central hub to my synthesizer setup.

The magic keyboard is really nice in terms design and feeling of touches. The keys are even better than my old 2015 MBP which is also scissors keyboard. The travel is just right and the feedback is good. Pros: 1. Fit iPad Pro very well. 2. No Bluetooth required and thus you don’t need to switch whether you want to use keyboard. If you don’t need the keyboard, just grab iPad from it. Unlike the Bluetooth keyboard, you have to disconnect it otherwise, the on screen keyboard won’t show. 3. You can have a port for charge only and don’t take up the usb-c port. 4. Protective. This keyboard seems very strong. 5. Software integration is really good. Track pad works well. And it just feels like using a MacBook. Cons: 1. Very heavy. It is really heavy. I feel it is heavier than my iPad Pro. 2. When touch the number keys, there are chance that you will hit the edge of the iPad. The space between iPad and the keyboard is a bit tight. So you might hit iPad’s edge. 3. Some app and website might have issue with two fingers scroll on the track pad. 4. A bit noisier than my old MBP.

This case is the perfect compliment to the iPad. The Bluetooth keyboard is very responsive. The multi-color backlit keyboard makes it perfect in low light conditions. The case construction ensures that a 5’ drop will keep your iPad safe.
