For my pc noncompatible with Bluetooth, this help my need for connecting Bluetooth devices such as mouse/keyboard, microphones, and hearing aids. At first wasn't working due to manual/automatic operations within my computer, not having to do with the device at all. Check your system services before giving up if you face problems. 5 |

I wish it were easier to switch between devices without having to turn off and pair or turn off Bluetooth on the device. Very comfortable and long lasting battery. I highly recommended them to another runner the other day when I came across a rattlesnake. Great to hear things out in the wild. 5 |

Great product. Easy to pair to multiple devices. Long battery life. Quick to charge. Comfortable to wear. Sturdy. (Would be good to make the microphone waterproof). Great sound. And the best product ever for the person on the other end of every call...they do not hear the noise on MY end of the call. They hear nothing but a crystal clear voice with no background. I sometimes have to use earplugs to reduce the noice of Manhattan streets for myself, but my Caller seldom knows I'm not sitting in my office. The new OpenComm2 is great! But I would still like to receive the warranty replacement for my previous headset, the OpenComm original. Please follow up on that. I also love the fact that your Customer Service people are called Happiness Makers. I have spoken with several and they all love their jobs, know their products, and they really do want to make the customer happy. Thanks all for a great job! 5 |
