This document scanner, out of the box, is ready for individual owners/users and centrally managed corporate workgroups with many users (frequent and occasional) and many scanners. It has built-in ethernet as well as USB. The included software is well thought out; the many details are organized nicely, and done so that it's straightforward for all the different target users can effectively organize their scanning activity - by type, by destination, etc. It's business-oriented, assumes you know how to use your computer, as opposed to consumer-oriented (spoon-feeding you social media and assuming *it* knows how you use your computer). The scans are fine and it works fast; the multi-page feeder will easily do a multi-page two-sided (duplex) document, and the software helps keep it all together etc. All in all, complete, comprehensive, quite good. If there's a downside, it's that there's a lot of different software modules it installs, and I found the updates a bit confusing - didn't find them automatically, and after I went and found & downloaded the update files, when I ran them it said they were already installed, so it's not immediately clear whether what came on the DVD is in fact the most current or whether what's installed was or even needed to be updated. It's OK in the sense that the software is complete and not buggy, so I can just get on with scanning.

the scanner can scan multiple pages into one pdf document. I tested a 115 page document into 1 page. read the instructions well. the canon web site has a supplemental page with instructions.. took a while to read but now I am fairly confident of what the scanner is capable of doing. I use a Mac Mini and the resolution is more than adequate. the higher the resolution the larger the file. fits normal & legal size.

This is a review for the Epson Expression Home XP-5200 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. This printer is fantastic for a home that needs to print documents but doesn't need to scan many. The printer does not have a document feeder so scanning is one page at a time but works really well and is crisp and clear. Setup was very easy using the app downloaded using the on screen qr code. Using the app you can do everything needed to get the printer up and running in just about 15 minutes. I liked the quality of document(text) prints but was disappointed in the graphics print side of things. If you don't intend on printing photos or such then this is perfect as it is a GREAT document printer and scanner. It has ink cartridges and they are easy to install and replace. I have printed around 40 pages of documents and a couple of partial page photos and still have ink left in the lower level initial cartridges. I think this would be a great printer for a home or small home office with no big demand of multiple pages being scanned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this printer today. Unpacking was easy. I set the LaserJet MFP M234dw printer up in less than 20 minutes. Note: If you are going to use this printer as both a wifi printer and a USB-connected printer! Please connect wifi before plugging it into a USB port of pc. It will save you some time. Next, I tested the printer out by sending a 15-page document through my printer. It began to print 4 seconds after pressing the print button. It took a bit longer when I sent the same document (double-sided). Next, I printed a few envelopes, printing envelopes was easier than I thought., my last laser printer gave me fits. The footprint of this printer was ideal, it fits on the top of my two-drawer file cabinet without any overhang. The scanner copied a page without any problems or smears. I was able to send a photo to my PC easily. This is a great laser printer for all that I need to do. It's perfect for my home business.

Right out of the box it was evident the Epson DS-730N Network Scanner was top notch. The sleek, compact look fits right on my desktop and setup was a breeze. I installed the drivers and utility combo software, connected to my network using an ethernet cable and was ready to scan! My first scan was a simple one-page document - Can we say Quick??? In a split second a scan was completed and displayed on my computer screen. Since I was so impressed with how fast my first scan flew through the machine, I put it to the test with a larger document, fifty-nine pages were processed in 1 min and 25 seconds (yes, I did time it!), with NO JAM at all! I decided to run a stack of various business cards, no problem! I am able to save scans to a MS Office file which I then can edit, scans can be sent directly to an e-mail and directly to any computer on the network. If you need in depth instruction or need to troubleshoot, the user’s manual is online and very easy to understand and follow. The only (very small) negative is that photos can only be run through using a carrier page, however, this is clearly stated in the user’s manual. I highly rate the Epson DS-730N scanner to be a dependable, robust choice for your business or home network! Our medical office has need to scan 20+ page documents very often. We historically used brother multipurpose printers for this, but the automatic document feeder always breaks long before the scanner bed or the printer part. While those saved space, they became too expensive to replace every time the document feeder went bad. The Canon scanner is just the document feeder. Software is very easy to use, and the scanner integrated with the software we were already using (paperport) effortlessly. Better yet, it appears very reliable and it is much faster than the MFC machines. Footprint on the desk is as small as I think it could get. We were so happy with it that we bought a second machine, and in the future, we won't go out of our way to buy printers with an ADF tray. I plan to eventually put one of these at each clerical workstation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer hands-down has been the best printer I have ever owned. Write out the box. It was easy to set up and took under five minutes to do so. The app that goes along with the printer is also a added bonus. I printed out a document in the document printed clearly, and there were no blurs on the page. It took about 10 seconds max to print out a page . The printer is not too bulky and has a nice interface to it. I can’t say enough good things about this printer. I highly recommend this printer.

It's easy to use and I can run through dozens of pages to a PDF document in no time at all. It can scan two receipts side by side and does it quickly and reliably. Because it's so small you have to be careful to fee the page in straight as it takes off scanning automatically as you insert each additional page. The only thing I wish it had was a way to remove/redo a page on the occasions when I do mess up not getting it in straight, but that's minor. I would definitely buy this again.
