Bluetooth Music Headphones Reviews

I have been wanting to buy some quality over-ear bluetooth headphones for over a year but wasn't quite ready for the price tags... I finessed my finances to grab these and first of all they ship HELLA fast. I think it was less than three days from the time I ordered to the time I received them. I love the control knob and all the features... not quite sure what other reviewers are talking about with the sound quality. I feel like the music is literally inside my head (in the best way possible), the volume is beyond adequate (they get quite loud), and set up was a breeze. Worth the price tag, will recommend to all fellow music lovers. 5 |

I've read a ton of reviews in my search for some good NC bluetooth headphones, and these kept coming up. I gave them a listen in the airport gadget shop and they indeed sounded better that the others I tried, like the new BOSE headphones. But honestly, I was blown away when I turned them on in the airplane. Wow! Seriously, mind blown. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I've owned my fair share of Bluetooth headphones, none of them have had ANC and, honestly, I wasn't sure if I really needed a noise cancelling feature at all in my headphones. I most often listen to music while at home where it's relatively quiet, anyway. But I was excited anyway to finally try out the noise cancelling capabilities of these Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones, and I couldn't be more impressed. Even when I'm just in my bedroom listening to music, these headphones dull the sound of my noisy air purifier and bring the music into crystal-clear focus. These are great sounding headphones, but it's the ANC and attention to design and detail that really make for an impressive listening experience. With other Bluetooth headphones I've owned, even the ones that had good sound quality, I've always felt like I need to turn up my music really loud in order to properly "feel" it, which was probably terrible for my hearing health. But even at lower volumes, these Sony headphones sound clear and vibrant. The 360 Reality audio capability is really awesome as well. I set it up with my Tidal HiFi subscription and played one of my favorite albums I've heard a hundred times, yet I swear I was hearing details and depth in the music that I had never heard before. And what's even better is that these headphones have all these great features while keeping them super easy to use and super comfortable to wear. I usually wear glasses, and typically glasses plus headphones equals massive headache after more than a few minutes of use, but these Sony headphones put no pressure on my glasses. The headband doesn't dig into the top of my head either, like other headphones often do on me. This level of comfort, in combination with long battery life, means that I can use these for many hours with zero worries, just pure focus on the music. What more could you want? 5 |

Love the headphones. Bluetooth connects easily. I can control music , volume and accept or end calls. Magnetic connections are a good touch. It help them stay put when not using. 5 |

This is great for getting headphones out of the way. I have a large pair of bluetooth Bose headphones I use for work calls, but use speakers for music. This keeps them from taking up any desk space when I'm not on a call. 5 |

The Major IV are the best headphones I've ever bought in years. I've had Sennheiser PX-100 and PX-200 along with the classic Grado which is still in my collection. Considering the 80 hour battery life which is important and the ability to pair in bluetooth to my iPhone is super handy because the headphone jack adapter won't play nicely these days. But also, the beautiful industrial design that's retro and unique. Because I wear a behind the ear hearing aid that has bluetooth as well, I didn't want to drain the battery when listening, so the headphones were a perfect solution to the problem and the soft padding was so comfortable that it didn't hurt my ears at all. After all, I'm old school having grown up with 70s/80s rock music, the sound was excellent even when listening to other genres like EDM or Classical. The point being is that these headphones SLAY the competition in many ways especially the battery life that a certain company with a fruit logo cannot pull off ( no matter how hard they try ). This is Marshall we're talking here. These guys know what they're doing. They KNOW music. 5 |

Really wish they could connect to both phone and laptop via Bluetooth at same time like Bose headphones so that I can listen to meetings/music on computer but take a phone call when needed. But all in all, great product 5 |

I have only owned these headphones for a short time but I absolutely LOVE them. I"m already addicted to them. .lol. To me the music sounds even better than being at a concert. It's all there the bass guitar and drums sound awesome. I love to hear the symbols to and the highs sound just as good as the bass. To talk to someone all you have to do is speak and the music will kick off and you can hear plain as day and when your finished talking they kick right back on. I looked for about two months off and on, reading reviews all over the net and kept coming back to these and I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. I'm very happy I got these and not something else. I'm not into writing reviews but I looked for so long before I made up my mind that I hope this helps someone that is doing the same. 5 |

I am a lifelong audiophile, but, due to a few life changes, find myself living a condo where I'm aware of how often my neighbots vacuum or do laundry. The big sound system was sold more than a year ago, but I still needed to scratch that itch of listening to fabulous music presented as pristinely as possible and at appropriate volumes. Headphones seemed the only way to go.Given current economics, I'm very value oriented. When the price of the HD600s, a pair of cans that have earned many glowing reviews, dropped below $300, I pulled the trigger. To extract audio from computer files and drive the headphones, I chose the E-MU 0404. I don't have any immediate need to do recording, but may in the future since I now have the capability.I am thoroughly pleased with these headphones. The adjective balanced is used in many other reviews of these 'phones, and it's very appropriate. There is no area of frequency response that seems exaggerated or lacking. Violins sound like violins. Kick drums sound like kick drums. Dynamics are rendered very well. A plucked guitar string has an almost visceral attack. I particularly enjoy orchestral crecendos with no compression and each instrument still having its own voice. These cans are also very light and comfortable, suitable for hours of continuous listening. The only comprimise I'm making over the big system is the visceral impact of low bass. Just no way to get that punch with headphones. One possible con for these 'phones is that they are an open design with no reduction of outside sounds. Your office mate should develop a teste in your music. 5 |

After reading the reviews online about these vs a few other brands that had comparable quality headphones, I decided to purchase these to help me with my video editing as well as general music listening. Needless to say, the quality of these has blown me away, and the sound-isolating qualities from the nature of the memory-type foam ear inserts is beyond what I've experienced before. If you're a music lover or want a serious set of headphones to use for professional applications, these are more than adequate to do the job. Consider me very impressed and very happy with my purchase! 5 |
