Bluetooth Speaker For Tv Audio

A great TV Speaker (Soundbar) `for the price. Theater quality sound from the speaker alone. It also has bluetooth capability, so it can be used to stream music with that great BOSE quality sound. Definitely recommended!

I use the Aluratek ABC02F Universal Bluetooth Audio Receiver and Transmitter connected to the Optical Audio output on my Sony TV. It pairs with a set of Sony Bluetooth earbuds to provide a separate channel for audio for my aging ears while the TV's audio continues to function independently for the rest of the family. The optical connection to the TV was simple and the ABC02F paired quickly and easily to the Sony Earbuds. The ABC02F is plugged into a USB port on the TV and is always on so the earbuds are reconnected within the time it takes to remove them from their charger/case and insert them into the ear.

Pros: - Sound is more refined - Bluetooth 5 gives me the 8-12’ of extra distance from devices that I needed. - Connecting to the TV and iPhone at the same time is very useful. Whichever device is sending audio gets auto-selected. Better auto-connection to devices when first turned on. - Noise Cancelling is ~20-30% better with a side to side comparison. - Can be listening to TV and get a phone call from 2nd device. CONS: - Battery seems to fade faster (~10-15% faster than XM3) but probably due to the 2 added mics, extra bluetooth signal, bluetooth strength, and deeper, fuller sound quality. - Even with the new superior Bluetooth 5, some TVs (ex. 2015 Samsung LED) have continual audio glitches. (Not the headphones fault but rather a Samsung problem that may occur on other TVs as well). Love the updated XM4s and can’t wait to see the XM5s improve on the battery. Perhaps offer a second upgrade padding for we people with big heads and big ears.

The speaker squeezes a few functionality under the same roof for a fairly low price. It has bluetooth, SD card reader and USB playback. It also has USB recording which is surprisingly a rare feature in audio equipment. The only other model that I found having this feature was Fender Passport Venue which is much more expensive. It is a surprise that it's such a rare feature --- it's the 21'st century for goodness sake! The speaker has a 3 channel mixer which is fairly good for me. I am connecting the Left/Right output of my mixer to the L/R inputs. The speaker mixes these two into one channel. I occasionally connect the bluetooth of my iPhone or iPad to it and use it to play back. I am no expert in audio equipment. I am a simple occasional user who needs something of a fairly good quality, and this has so far given me what I wanted. Although I am wondering if the 15 version of the same speaker sounds any better. It has wheels and rubber or synthetic pads underneath that make it very easy to move on a hardwood floor. It has handles on the top, and on both sides which make it very easy to carry. The casing is nice but not tough. If you often need to carry it to venues, wrap it, secure it or use a carrying case.

Clear, clean, pro-grade audio. Here's a tip: since the mic uses a four-conductor plug, it cuts out the built-in speakers on my smartphone, and will likely do the same on most other phones. So you need to unplug the mic to playback your recording. You can get an adapter made by Rode to allow you to use stereo headphones at the same time as this mic, but I solved my playback problem by using a Bluetooth speaker (I had a JBL Clip 2 handy) along with the mic. Just make sure you adjust the Bluetooth settings in your phone to only use the BT speaker for media playback and disallow phone functions (mic) of the speaker. Hope that helps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Go 4 is a compact and portable Bluetooth speaker that delivers surprisingly powerful audio for its size. Its rugged design and long battery life make it an ideal companion for outdoor adventures or on-the-go listening. The speaker features a single driver that produces clear and balanced sound with impressive bass response for its small footprint. This really surprised me as I tried different types of music and it always produced clear and enjoyable sound. The JBL Go 4 promises a battery life of up to 7 hours, allowing for extended listening sessions without the need for frequent charging. Its IPX7 waterproof and dustproof rating protects it against spills, rain, and accidental drops. The speaker's durable fabric cover and rugged rubber exterior provide additional protection from the elements. I was able to use it for almost 7 hours on several occasions, so it lives up to its rating. Recharging it is also easy and fairly quick, since it uses a standard USB-C type charging cable. The JBL Go 4 has Bluetooth 5.3 technology for seamless wireless connectivity. It can connect to multiple devices simultaneously, allowing for easy switching between audio sources. The speaker also features a built-in microphone that enables hands-free calling and voice assistant access. I tried these features and they work seamlessly, making it a very easy speaker to enjoy. Given its size, it has become my companion out in the yard, in the garage, in the basement, and wherever I need hands-free access to my phone but don't want a headset. The JBL Go 4 is compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry in a backpack or handbag. It comes with an integrated carabiner clip for convenient attachment to backpacks, belt loops, or other gear. That, and the fact that it sounds so good, make it a very easy choice to make when deciding what gear to take on an outing, be it a day hike or a weekend camping.

I paid extra for a Bose Bluetooth speaker over other brands because we used to own a Bose Wave Radio/CD player, and I still use my Bose PC speakers. I know a lot of hardcore audiophiles dislike Bose for how it manipulates the audio - but I'm no audiophile, and Bose speakers always have big sound for a small device - not just loud, but full and encompassing the space I'm in. This one surprised even me with how room-filling the audio is, especially from a battery-operated speaker that's not much bigger than a portable DVD drive. It goes with me whenever I travel now, and I take it from the living room to the bathroom when I'm showering so I can hear over the water what's being said on podcasts.

This is the most expensive and biggest Bluetooth speaker I have bought. I have owned a fugoo and an altec before. Also have a jbl flip 3 at work. This is the clearest and best sounding speaker I have owned. I don't think I could go back to the cheaper ones. Makes movies and tv shows much better on my computer. I think it sounds even better than my tv sound bar.
