The CyberPower UPS started making a high-pitched whining noise. It seemed that the battery had no more life in it so I replaced it with this replacement cartridge from B&H. It is now working again and I hope to get another 5-6 years out of it. It didn't come with a way to recycle the battery so I'm hoping to find somewhere local to dispose of the old battery pack. 5 |

Just a wonderful CYC light. We ordered 5 and unfortunately one of the 5 gave off a hideous high pitched screech when powered on. Contacted customer support and they have sorted everything out as our replacement has just arrived. Overall extremely happy with the product. 5 |

Have owned this for a year. Just bought one for our kitchen. This is a very high quality network of Bluetooth speaker. I typically stream Tidal high resolution files. Great highs and midrange sound. Some bass. You can pair two of these for stereo. 5 |
