Bluetooth Speakers Bad Sound Quality

Most bluetooth portal speakers sound pretty bad but this has a nice full sound; better than the similarly sized Sonos speaker. As I take it to the beach and other outdoor activities, the waterproofing and dust resistance are important although I try to keep it protected anyway. The setup was simple and the battery life seems really good.

So glad I bought this out of all the Bluetooth speakers out there. Stands out in quality and sound.

The sound quality of this JBL Go 3 compares favorably with the 17-year-old Altec Lansing XT1 speakers I have attached to my MacBook Air... and, unlike the tall and unstable XT1's, doesn't need museum putty to keep them from falling over when I bump the computer desk. While the Go 3 works with the laptop, I bought it for mobility around the house, outside and away from home. Roughly the size of two stacked decks of cards, this portable speaker can fill a large living room with sound... and the range of this Bluetooth 5.1 device is similar to wifi, i.e., it works throughout the house, unlike earlier Bluetooth speakers which might drop out 10 or 15 feet from the signal source. Bottom line: if you want to amplify music from your phone so it fills your car, a hotel room or campsite, this is a great investment!

Received as a gift. Having had portable Bluetooth speakers from 2 other brands, the sound quality of my new Bose is noticeably better -- far better than I expected.

My family and I have enjoyed it by the pool, in a canoe, and on a sxs ride. The X-Balanced Speaker has amazing clarity and sound pressure.

All you have to do is plug in the main speaker, turn on your Bluetooth device, and scan for the device to connect. The sound quality is great, and they can handle a lot of power. Although they are heavier than I expected, they have good construction and can withstand being outside. The Bluetooth range may vary depending on what you are transmitting through. Overall, the sound quality is much better than my hard-wired speakers.

The more expensive studio monitors I originally wanted we’re not available so I ordered this smaller Edifier Multimedia set To use With my new M-Audio keyboard And computer until the other brand became available. But, after I installed the Edifier powered speakers and connected the system to Bluetooth, I was So absolutely astonished at the Superb sound quality— richness, fullness, intensity, and presence— that I decided I didn’t need anything better! I have since wired it to a Behringer audio interface and it performs just as Well as with Bluetooth. My studio is only twelve feet square and Is well insulated to prevent Sound reflections. Here’s a tip: the speakers are modestly directional so you should locate them deliberately around your workspace to experience the best sound quality. Finally, the speakers are high quality with very satisfying fit and finish. I’m really pleased I selected them.

I have numerous Bluetooth speakers but this one is by far the best!
