Great Experience after 1 & 2/3 Months with this Product. Sound Reproduction is Forgiving to Static, Almost Like a Smooth-Out to a Pair of 1970's Sony Bookshelf Speakers (Yes, Still Up & At-'Ems). Don't Cut Your Fingernails to a Bare Minimum and then Want to Open the Door Latch.. i mean its Not a Big Deal or a Game Changer, But with or Without Nails You Can Play Nine Inch Nails on Your FiiO with a Little Finesse. Very, Very Solid Build Quality is my Example. Volume Knob Doesn't Blast Out the Music or Spoken Word, Seemingly on Purpose for Protection. It's Helpful to Have External Speakers with their own Separate Knob, ala a BOSE with a RCA-3.5mm Adapter. That's It, A Very Solid Little Device!

I have small bookshelf speakers in my basement gym. I also have an older amp with NO subwoofer jack. No problem! This handles all the shortcomings. The directions are simple. I just ran cable from the speaker OUT to the woofer IN. Then from the woofer OUT to the speakers. Don't forget to turn up the base control on the back of the woofer. Sounds Great!!!
