bought a dell windows 10 computer with 4 g memory. the thing couldn't do anything not enough memory. Dell wanted way too much to upgrade the memory so i looked up the stats and i ordered this. The computer now functions great. So i added 4 x the memory and i still have the option of installing the 4 g in addition to the 16 but i don't really need it since the 16 is now pleanty to run the system for my needs. 5 |

All I had to do was plug it in a usb port and my Dell Desktop computer model 6VPLBHK was working with Bluetooth again. You see I was experimenting with the Bluetooth settings and somehow lost my Bluetooth when I had either changed some settings or updated Windows 10. Bluetooth is now on my desktop and it works. I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |
