Davinci Resolve will natively sync time code recorded on an audio track with a couple of quick steps. First make sure the devices are set with one as master and the others as slaves. On the master set the frame rate to match your camera, this will automatically update the slaves to be on the same frame rate (if you don't match the frame rate the audio will be off a few frames when you sync). Plug a time code device into each device - cameras (through the audio jack if using an DSLR/Mirrorless camera), audio recorder (most audio recorders will accept the timecode from the ultrasync and save it to the audio recording as timecode - see instructions for your device). Dump all the files into the media page on Davinci Resolve. To update timecode on videos, select all of the video files and right click then choose update timecode from audio track. You will then see the Start TC and End TC get updated to the timecode from the audio track. To sync external audio select all the video and audio tracks and right click and select: auto sync audioBased on Timecode. This will automatically sync the audio to your video and replace the video audio track with the audio from your external recorder. If you used a splitter and recorded time code on one stereo track and scratch audio on the other then you can choose Based on Timecode and Append Tracks. Once set up correctly it works perfectly and a huge time saver. A couple cons about the device is that it doesn't come with a LTC to 3.5mm cable, and the cables are very expensive. Also, there is not a good way to mount unless you buy the silicone case and the case is thick so it makes it difficult to press the buttons. Also, the menu system is very difficult to use, and nonintuitive so I have to carry around a hard copy print out for some functions. 5 |

I used the Kodak Mobile Film Scanner to scan my color negatives into my collection of pictures. I have the prints but laying them out on my MFD printer/scanner was tedious and hard to get the pictures lined up right. It was much easier, and less physical, and about four times faster to run my negatives through the Kodak Mobile Film Scanner. The Kodak phone app is well thought out and works well with the little scanner box. The app provides several useful imaging tools to fine-tune the image once you've scanned it. But the image quality it produces is good to begin with. I found that all I used was the image cropping. I wouldn't call the user interface intuitively obvious, but it is easy to figure out. I am very pleased with this purchase. It has made it much easier to get many more of my original film pictures onto my hard drive. 5 |

The two color system is a pleasure to work with and the bar code function makes it so much easier for inventory control 5 |

Great stand for desktop use. Only one drawback is that bar code label took some work to remove. 5 |

I have used this lil scanner to hep me organize all the little aspects of trying to keep track of all the little expenses in life. It is the easiest scanner I have used yet. In the past, I have had to scan business receipts, business documents, contracts... and a whole lot of other construction related documents... This ES-60W WORKS GREAT!!! I would recommend this lil scanner to all of my construction friends trying to keep track of their business expenses and life's little unexpected bills. Thank you Epson!!! 5 |
