You do not need to match your cell provider . Reason for the two is off you have signal from Verizon in your hunting spot and not At&T but the Verizon one . The camera send to the app on your phone no matter who your provider is . Was very easy to set up , I watch a YouTube video first . The pictures on your phone will not look the best quality, but when you down load the SD card they are very clear and good . It will take and save pictures even if you lose cell service. I just upgraded my old cell-links to this, although I have another spypoint camera too. Cell reception is great - I've read some bad reviews about that and just tell you to do your firmware upgrades. Works amazing once those are done. This new camera is good that it does those automatically. The video transmission is great and the audio qualify is pretty amazing.

This Cell Phone Mount was bought for my Wife. She watches videos on her cell phone often and I thought this was a better idea than leaning her phone against a bottle of ketchup or loaf of bread. Combining this with a tiny foldable tripod gives her a compact stand for her cell phone and she now uses it almost daily. She seems to like it and it folds up to take very little space. The mount had a slight hangup when I first tried it out but seems to work fine now. The threads in the plastic parts are actually brass inserts that are moulded in place so they will probably hold up a lot longer than plain plastic would. The plastic is well moulded and seems to be pretty good quality. In theory, the mount will stand up without a tripod, but it isn't stable.

Battery life is outstanding, pictures are great, cell reception is good.

It took a little while for it to activate and connect to the cell tower, but once it did it gets better reception and data rates than our phones.

I like the feature that it is also connected to my cell phone.
