Bose Around Ear Headphones Ii

I tried the Bose QC-35 wireless headphones and they were very nice, but they could not stand up to the excellent noise cancelling ability of the Sony’s! It will transform your traveling experience from noisy and stressful to quiet and blissful. These are expensive, but it’s because of the superior quality and technology in them. The touch controls work great, even though I have accidentally tapped them when taking off the headphones. The instant quiet/ambient sound mode is extremely helpful. By just placing your hand over the ear of the headphone you can silence the music and it also amplified the ambient sound around you for easy conversation with those around you. The battery life is incredible and with just a few minutes of charge you can get 5-8 hours of playtime! The ear cups are very ergonomic and comfortable even for very long usage (4 hours). Great construction and fold up into a small case.

I am happy to have a new pair of Bose Headphones because I left the 10 year old set I was using in the seat pocket of a SWA Flt. My only complaint is that the right side ear cup is so tight that it irritates my ear after many hours of listening. Other then that minor inconvenience I love the sound quality and noise cancellation features!

I'm ecstatic to own another pair of headphones from Bose's latest and greatest Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Headphones. I love the continuation of the Quiet Comfort series as it is a name that is synonymous with comfort, lightweight, and the best noise-canceling headphones/earphones around. The build quality is fantastic, and it looks and feels expensive. It has a clean outline and a sophisticated look to it. The high-quality mattified metal arms retract within the headband. The headband and the ear cups have thick and soft cushions with soft leatherette material. Although the clamp on the ear is a bit tighter than the Bose QC 45s, this headphone is still very comfortable. I enjoy wearing it in the office at work on "Aware" mode, where I can enjoy the beautiful stereo sound in my ear and still hear all the background noise around me. When I go on my one-hour lunch break after a quick bite and a brisk walk, I take advantage of some relaxing jazz music afterward and enjoy the Immersive Audio on "Still" mode, which is mind-boggling and as close to 3D audio as you can get. It's like going to a club with the ginormous stereo on your ear and the sound goes from one ear to the next ear as you shake and twist your head from side to side. The most enjoyable feature I love on the headphones is the auto-pause feature. When you take off your headphones, your audio will automatically pause. And likewise, when you get it back on your head, it will continue to play where it left off. The battery life is long-lasting. I enjoy it on my commute home on public transportation, and it even has enough juice to enjoy with my TV at home after my daughter goes to sleep so I can enjoy my late-night crime show. I love the high-density crush-proof case with the molded ear cuff inside. The presentation and packaging are premium, and this bundle of joy makes me happy. Now my daughter wants one, too!

Comfortable and great sound quality. This is my first time using over-the-ear headphones. I have the Bose earbuds and love them but I've always wanted to try the over-the-ear ones. The sound quality is great, just like with the earbuds and what you expect from Bose. The noise-canceling feature is amazing! When you put these headphones on it's like blocking out the world around you. I used these for music, phone calls, and online meetings and it really blocked out everything, I could barely hear my dogs barking. My only issue is that when using them for calls it's hard to get used to not being able to hear yourself too well.

These are now the gold standard for over the ear ANC headphones. Forget Sony & Bose, IF you own apple products.

Ive had several other noise cancelling headphones by Bose (QC35 II) and Beats (Studio Wireless) and I always hailed Bose as king of Noise Cancelling headphones. Now the only thing that Bose has over Sony is the durability of the headphones, my Bose headphones I could pretty much bend however I wanted and they wouldn't break. The Sony's are a bit more stiff, but the material is still premium! I originally went with Bose because of their comfort though, I like to wear my headphones for an extended period of time and the old Sony's (XM1 and XM2) got uncomfortable after a few hours. With the new design however, I can see myself wearing these all day! What does Sony have to offer that's better than Bose? - Noise cancelling (much better) - Sound quality - Battery life - Customization through app - Accessories (better quality auxiliary charger cords, as well as a good airplane adapter!!) - USB-C Charger!!! (as a MacBook Pro owner this was a must, I hated micro-usb so much) - Comfort? (I'm still testing this out but ill update in a few weeks if its better or on-par with the Bose QuietComfort 35 ii)

Some of the best headphones I've ever owned. For reference I have used Bose QC 35 II, AirPods Pro, Sony, Beats. These are pricy but worth the money.

This headset is very good. For context - I am upgrading from the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II. Operating the headphones is not intuitive and quite different from the QC 35 II. It pays to download the manual which can be found in the Overview tab (you can download it from the Bose website as well). It takes practice to master the equipment, but it is well worth the effort. You will have to download a new APP from the App store. It takes some fiddling to get it working with the headset. There are lots of features (shortcuts, immersive audio etc.) that I don't use because all I want to do is connect to the television and turn on the noise cancellation. I have found that controlling the Ultra with the App is a lot easier than using the fiddly little buttons. The volume strip control works just fine however, just make sure your finger isn't greasy. I am quite happy I bought the Bose QC Ultra headphones.

I love Bose products in general. I had the original over ear noise cancelling headphones and graduated to QC 35 II., which was essentially the same headphone only wireless. I wore out my QC 35 II headphones and was hesitant to buy another new pair. If you're wondering whether this particular upgrade is worth it, the answer is absolutely! I am amazed at how immersive the sound is. It's not just music that sounds infinitely better, movies and TV sound amazing, too. I'm so glad I decided to get these.

I am enjoying my Marshall Over-ear Monitor II A.N.C headphones. Lots O'padding, comfortable when I wear my glasses. The Noise cancelling feature is really awesome.
