Bose Bluetooth Headphones No Longer Saying Power State

I bought the Bose QC35 wireless headphones and could not connect to my older Mac Pro. Turns out the Bose QC35 required Bluetooth 4.x, and the Mac Pro has Bluetooth 2.1. So I bought this adapter and it worked like a charm. I can now connect to my iPhone 6S and switch to the Mac Pro easily.

This is great for getting headphones out of the way. I have a large pair of bluetooth Bose headphones I use for work calls, but use speakers for music. This keeps them from taking up any desk space when I'm not on a call.

Really wish they could connect to both phone and laptop via Bluetooth at same time like Bose headphones so that I can listen to meetings/music on computer but take a phone call when needed. But all in all, great product

Bought my QCUltra a week or so ago because my Bose Earphones of 20+ years broke and was unrepairable (sadness). When I first received the new QCUltra headphones I was a wee bit upset because I was not used to the new, modern, options available. I called Bose, the lady I spoke with walked me through the setup (I hate reading directions-it's a male thing) and WOW... I LOVE my new QCUltra headphones. The sound is terrific. The battery (I guess it's a battery) holds a long, long charge. I use my QCUltra connected to my Bose speakers (wired) because neither my PC nor Speakers are equipped for Bluetooth (both are what I would call "pre-Bluetooth"). That's OK for now; but when I finally decide to get a new PC it will certainly be with Bluetooth. What more can I say? BOSE QCUltra headphones are the best.

Holds power longer. No need to carry a dozen batteries.

These are by far my favorite headphones from Bose. The depth of the sound is astonishing. The noise canceling is better than on my 1st generation QC Buds and my 700s. They aren't too heavy, I've used them while studying for 6 hours with no issues. They paired with my Nintendo Switch and provided a great immersive experience while playing. One thing I wish were different, I would prefer having a separate Bluetooth and power button. It was a little counterintuitive holding the power button through the off tone to enter pairing mode, but definitely not a deal breaker. Bottom line, these are amazing headphones with the quality and innovations I've come to expect from Bose.

I have owned other noise cancelling headphones before, including Bose and a previous version of Sonys WH series. These are by far the best I have experienced, in terms of how much silence they can produce as soon as you put them on.  In addition, the power consumption is very impressive. Over the last few days, I have used them for a few hours (at least 4-5) and the power remained at approximately 80% according to the companion app and the headphone itself. How efficiently these headphones use power is a big factor for me during longer trips. Lastly, they are very well made, are the perfect weight (not too light and flimsy, and not too bulky and heavy). And given they are not your traditional black color, have a more premium look and feel. If you are spending around $350 for a set of noise-cancelling headphones, Id definitely recommend these!
