Sound is stunning, super comfortable, NC is perfect, Bluetooth is flawless, smart phone app is amazing and easy to use, build quality is stunning and easy better the the 2 previous Bose NC phones I had previous to the 1000MX3. With the exception of Bose, I've owned and tried just about every brand of Bluetooth headset/earphone available for the last 15 -20 years, and I can say without a doubt, this is my most enjoyably treasured headset I've ever had the pleasure of wearing and using. I hope they continue to make these for years to come. I'm a consultant and spend a tremendous amount of time talking on the phone, and when I'm not I often listen to audio books. They are great! 5 |

Bought these to replace a heavily used, but still-working Bose headset. This time, I needed a bit more “mic access” with quality since I started working remotely where I verbally speak a lot. I’m still getting used to the wireless capability vs always a direct wired connection to my headset. What I have found is that the surround sound is beyond belief. Something that I’ve never quite heard out of good quality headphones. It’s a bit techy for simple headset, but I’m finding myself falling into these more and more each day, as modern tech grows - tv / video / streaming,etc. Listen, for its price, you can’t beat a deal like this. It’s worth every dollar. And I critique heavily at times.. You cannot go wrong with these. But, in another year, I may return and say otherwise. For the moment; so far so good. Absolutely no complaints. 5 |
