Bose Cushion Headphones Falling Apart Customer Service

Perfect headphones and outstanding customer service.

This has been the best purchase for me. I kept having trouble with one ear bud constantly falling out. I no longer have this issue. Customer service with Shokz is awesome as well. I highly recommend

I am a long time Bose noise cancelling headphone customer. This is my third pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones, my first pair was back in 1990 when my job required a lot of air travel. I am now retired from corporate life but my wife and I own a small online business. I run laser engravers as part of that business and the cooling and exhaust fans create about 70dB of background noise which can cause hearing loss with repeated exposure. In my case, this exposure is 3-4 hours per day so noise cancelling is a must. These headphones are amazing. I can enjoy listening to music, podcasts and more while I work and the fan noise is all but eliminated. I also use them with my Bose Smart Soundbar 600 when I want to watch a movie or sports game on TV while my wife is running sewing or embroidery machines in the open area next to our family room. On-headphone controls are easy and the Bose Music iOS app can be used to adjust equalization. Did I mention answering phone calls, easy with a single button click. I know this review may sound like I am a Bose "schill" but I am just a very satisfied customer over 3 decades of using and listening to Bose products.

Sound quality is comforting to ears and cushion of the headphones are comfortable too.

The headphones are made with care and are very durable. I got my first pair and it was defective due to the touch controls malfunctioning. I went though customer service and they sent me a brand new pair (guess sony stepped up their customer service). The new pair works great. The sound is outstanding and the NC puts u on another planet. Another great feature is the app to change EQ and other sound options like Noise Cancelling levels. The headphones are amazing compared to beats and other headphones in the $ range. I 100% recommend.

I have had such great experience with both my Aftershokz before they rebranded and customer service. My first pair I had a slight issue, and customer service was right on top of getting me taken care of. I wear these headphones over 4 hrs a day. But now it’s time to get a new pair due to accidentally running my headphones through the wash. Even after getting them out of the wash they worked for a full night. Now I have no sound. These things just didn’t want to die. Awesome headphones and recommend them to anyone that asks about them.

I became a huge fan of Shokz four years ago, and am still a big suporter of these unique headphones! And another thing is that their customer service is second to none. I thought I had lost my set of headphones so I ordered a new pair. Then somehow they turned up but I had already recieved my replacement order. I talked to their customer service and they told me exactly how to rewritten l return this set. I decided to keep them and give them as a present to my friend for his birthday! Shokz has unparalleled customer service and they make a great product!! It's a win for everyone!

Firstly I need to thank BH Photo for their outstanding customer service. Bought this and wasn't crazy about it at first and they made the return easy and were awesome. Saw a needed a preamp and also used better headphones and I can definitely hear a difference. The audio is nice and bass-filled but not overbearing bass. Note: the first time I bought it I did not use the better headphones for some reason and still thought it sounded great, it is an investment of course so I did get cold feet. Built like a tank, the shock mount works great and the two pop filters give you some variety in your sound. I use the larger one for spoken word but the standard one works just fine. Plosives and Sibilance are well under control with this one. Mics like the Yeti, and MV7 are great mics, and I do think we get to a diminishing returns point, but this mic will last you many, many years and the quality is smooth and great for all-around usage.
