To begin, the initial setup is simple and straightforward using the app. I was listening to my music and podcasts in less that a minute from unboxing. The intuitive menu on the app makes it easy to customize the EQ, source, and other functions. I enjoy the bass kick it gives. I feel like the immersive option can be improved as there is not much of a difference between the stereo and the immersive function. The headphone also kept disconnecting from my laptop Bluetooth connection. Overall, this headphone is a much more improved product compared to my previous Bose NC700 headphones. 5 |

Easy setup. Great app! SUPERIOR SOUND! Blows Bose out of the water. Powerful, kick-butt sound! I love my Sonos Play:5....and my Play:1's, and my Sound Bar, and my Sub, and my wife loves her Play:3. Was skeptical about them but they have simply exceeded my expectations! 5 |

Top of the line sound bar compared to New Bose model and others -Voice enhancer option toggles on/off for great dialog clarity (same level as Bose new bar) -phenomenal e300 rear speakers cons: -challenging to setup on WiFi that has security (would be nice if it supported WIFI auto WPS setup button routers-no option). -app is not as good as prior app. Sonos is expediting the focus to correct this. -Hopefully it will be like prev app which was great. -no BT or newer features in latest other brand of sound bars as this is 4 yr old model (looking forward to the new Arc 2 when it is out hopefully in 2025 which should have all the latest features) 5 |

I have been a Bose headphone owner for a while now. When I opened the packaging I was immediately impressed with the lack of plastic. Way to go in helping the environment. I also LOVE the USB-C. Let's make the world a better place and standardize our cables. I also like the cushioned headband that wraps around nearly the entire width of the headphones. Pairing this headset was a breeze. I've paired hundreds of Bluetooth devices over the years, and this one just seemed intuitive with my Samsung Galaxy. I also loved the 3 active noise cancellation modes. Quite, Aware and Immersion Modes. I can see a good use case for each of these in my house and my travels. I did have to download a new Bose App, but that wasn't a big deal since my older headphones were discovered in the new app. These headphones looks sleek and smooth... I also love love love the volume adjustment strip. So cool. Thanks Bose, you hit it out the park on this one... 5 |

I have been using a pair of Bose AE headphone for a number of years so I was not sure what to expect. After I got them on for the first time the audio was clear and everything sounded wonderful. Now I am still getting used to them and breaking them in but so far they are wonderful. Now just to let people know, because of there simi open design, you will hear a lot more of the room. If you are in a noisy environment you will need to increase you volume. You may also want to invest in a quality headphone amp. Other then that these are a great investment for any studio. 5 |
