Bose Headphone Sound Less In Left Ear

I am happy to have a new pair of Bose Headphones because I left the 10 year old set I was using in the seat pocket of a SWA Flt. My only complaint is that the right side ear cup is so tight that it irritates my ear after many hours of listening. Other then that minor inconvenience I love the sound quality and noise cancellation features!

The Maxwells for me are awesome. I'm happy I got them. The volume is noticeably lower than that of the Penrose, but it's still loud enough for my liking. The bass is intoxicating but not overpowering. The highs are pleasant and I love it, although you can tell they relatively sound a bit veiled. This is one area where the Penrose headphones seem to excel as they sound brighter, though the highs in the Maxwell are a lot easier in the ears. I believe the better term to describe its highs is smooth. (Update: With the ability to customize EQs being available now, the highs are about where I want them. They sound so much better now.) Overall, the Maxwell headphone is a clear winner in almost every aspect. I hear more details than before, the comfort is excellent, even the soundstage appears to be slightly wider. Also love it has LDAC support so I can play music in 990kbps bitrate again. I was pleasantly surprised by how much better the headphones sounded while playing Hogwarts Legacy on my PS5. I noticed a slight improvement in the Tempest surround sound. As I pan my character around, the sound as it pans is more natural. It's like the sound's gradation from right to left and back again is much smoother. Could be a placebo so take it with a grain of salt, but the balance is between the left and right drivers are significantly more even. The controls are very intuitive. I can on the fly change eq depending on the song I play or the mood I'm in. I can finally go back or forward a track. I didn't expect to use this feature often, but I now switch to and fro sidetone mode on the fly since I use it as transparency mode. If I haven't been clear enough, I love this headset. It's my favorite headset/headphone I've ever owned so far

Every speaker or headphone I own is made by Bose. I have given other companies a chance but always come back to Bose. The Bluetooth speaker I purchased a month ago gives great sound that I expect from Bose. I must be honest because I didn’t expect the sound to be so clear and crisp. I like the fact that I can take to the other side of the room and place it anywhere. I’m told that my voice sounds very clear when I use it to answer phone calls. It’s Bose all the way.

I am a Grado headphone addict. I need and demand the best sound production. I have never liked noise cancelling headphones. I considered them gimmicky. I own the Bose older 15’s. The sound was hollow and the noise cancellation technology hurst my ears. So I abandoned trying any others for four years. In anticipation of traveling, I overcame my reluctance with NC headphones after internet reviews, and sampled the new Bose 700 at their store. Overwhelming treble. Ouch! But better (not great) telephone call sound. Did not buy. Tried these from B & H. Wow! What makes these truly worth it: technology is subordinate to sound. Noise cancellation takes a back seat to sound production. I need the best sound. That’s why at home I listen with Grado cans. I refused to believe the overwhelmingly positive reviews of these Sonys until I tried them over two recent flights on a plane. The newest NC technology with Sony is a game changer. No ear pain! You can easily adjust the degree of noise cancellation with their iPhone app. You’ve got to see the options in that app. Customization of NC, sound equalizer and sound reference options! Now I know why Sony is cornering the NC headphone market. Terrific. Highly recommended. Don’t believe this review. Try it.

Everything is fantastic about these headphones. Looks, comfort and sound are awesome. Bose QC35 II is far more behind from Sony. Being honest I recommend this headphone to every music lover. Dont think twice, this is the headphone you ever wanted. Just go for it, you will not get disappointed.

It's my first time buying over the ear headphone, since on ear was not comfortable for me.

I'd describe the ATH-M40x as an accurate, flat response, budget friendly headphone. It outperforms other headphones double it's price point including Audio-Technica's more premium ATH-M50x. Why? Because it doesn't add color, remains neutral and delivers an accurate sound representation regardless of the genre of music you're listening to. I realize that sound is subjective. Some people adore the Beyerdynamic DT770 PRO 250 OHM, while I personally feel there's nothing special about them and feel that they're overhyped. I'm sure some people will say that these headphones sound like trash so if I were you I would suggest listening to some sound comparisons on YouTube to see if these sound right to you. These headphones use a clamp design that encloses the sound as close to the ear as possible but because of this ear fatigue typically comes in at the 3 to 4 hour mark. Remember all headphones cause ear fatigue eventually and I feel it's a good compromise for the sound quality you get. Ideally I would only use them when mixing and choose a more comfortable headphone while recording but hey limitations produce greatness. The M40x has a reputation of having peeling ear cups because of the heat produced from warm ears but so far these have held up great. I gave this product 5 stars, not because they are perfect but because they exceeded my expectations overall. This is a product I would keep for a lifetime.

I had seen a couple of headphone reviews about this new model from Rode, each one raving over the build quality and sound. The reviews were spot on and the quality of this product is stellar. Nothing, and I mean nothing, about these headphones feels cheap. When a product is thoughtfully designed, you are immediately aware. The ear cup foam and outer coverings feel so high end, not to mention comfortable. I've never had a closed back headphone isolate so well before. The shape of the earcups seals so well and blocks out almost all ambient sounds. This will come in extremely handy during my live recording sessions. I love the locking feature of the headband, which assures every time I put the phones on my head, the cups are in just the right place. A thick, supple cord, that can be installed on either ear cup is a nice touch. The sound is just right to my ears. Bass is solid but definitely not hyped or muddy. Mids and high frequencies are natural and detailed. These will be excellent recording/mixing headphones but I also enjoy them for just pure enjoyment sessions. When you receive a piece of gear and in the initial 5 minutes of using it your first thought is to buy another as a spare...well, I don't think you can get higher praise than that. These headphones feel and sound like they should be twice their price, at least. In fact, I would say at twice the price I would still buy them. Well done Rode!!!

It's a great little headphone amp with great sound. Plenty of head room and the limiter is an ear saver. Hard to remember I'm wired as it's so lightweight and unobtrusive. Burr Brown Amp is impressive as is the urn time of 11 hours on two AAA's. Great alternative to wireless.

Since I got my Iphone 7 I am looking for earphone that fits my need. I bought 3 or 4 wired and bluetooth. I bought this one telling myself lets try the beats X since it is suppose to be made for the Iphone. The first connection is so easy that I could not believe it, you switch on the headphone and then appear a window asking you if you want to connect the headphone to your phone and that' it. It comes with four different ear adapters and two kind of wing that help keep the buds in place. It is very comfortable to wear and use and sit very well around the neck, no weight is felt on the ear from the battery. The battery can last 8 Hours and for now it has been enough for me. Some people seems not to like the case made for the headphone but personally this is perhaps the first one that I can use without any problem you just have to roll it correct way. Regarding the sound quality I am not an expert but it sound fine well balanced to me .
