Bose Headphones 35 Vs 45

I tried the Bose QC-35 wireless headphones and they were very nice, but they could not stand up to the excellent noise cancelling ability of the Sony’s! It will transform your traveling experience from noisy and stressful to quiet and blissful. These are expensive, but it’s because of the superior quality and technology in them. The touch controls work great, even though I have accidentally tapped them when taking off the headphones. The instant quiet/ambient sound mode is extremely helpful. By just placing your hand over the ear of the headphone you can silence the music and it also amplified the ambient sound around you for easy conversation with those around you. The battery life is incredible and with just a few minutes of charge you can get 5-8 hours of playtime! The ear cups are very ergonomic and comfortable even for very long usage (4 hours). Great construction and fold up into a small case.

Some of the best headphones I've ever owned. For reference I have used Bose QC 35 II, AirPods Pro, Sony, Beats. These are pricy but worth the money.

This headset is very good. For context - I am upgrading from the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II. Operating the headphones is not intuitive and quite different from the QC 35 II. It pays to download the manual which can be found in the Overview tab (you can download it from the Bose website as well). It takes practice to master the equipment, but it is well worth the effort. You will have to download a new APP from the App store. It takes some fiddling to get it working with the headset. There are lots of features (shortcuts, immersive audio etc.) that I don't use because all I want to do is connect to the television and turn on the noise cancellation. I have found that controlling the Ultra with the App is a lot easier than using the fiddly little buttons. The volume strip control works just fine however, just make sure your finger isn't greasy. I am quite happy I bought the Bose QC Ultra headphones.

I love Bose products in general. I had the original over ear noise cancelling headphones and graduated to QC 35 II., which was essentially the same headphone only wireless. I wore out my QC 35 II headphones and was hesitant to buy another new pair. If you're wondering whether this particular upgrade is worth it, the answer is absolutely! I am amazed at how immersive the sound is. It's not just music that sounds infinitely better, movies and TV sound amazing, too. I'm so glad I decided to get these.

Very sharp, very contrasty, perfectly smooth bokeh, even for a 35mm. The build feels pretty much perfect, and focusing is precise. It's a big lens on a rangefinder, but the performance more than makes up for it. It is as good on film as it is on the M 240. Being that it's a Distagon design, it also performs pretty well on Sony bodies. Of course, it was made the M mount, and it's best on a Leica or Zeiss Ikon. For a fast 35 your only other options are the Leica, and 2 Voigtlanders (not counting the 'classic' 35/1.4 because it's a special effect lens in essence, and the modern optics just do a different thing). Vs the 35/1.2: The Zeiss is sharper with more modern Bokeh, and better contrast. Though if you like classic character you may prefer the 35/1.2. Size is the same. Vs. the 35/1.7: I would say this lens is the only real competition. It's a lot cheaper and has 85% of the performance. But it's not a 35/1.4, and doesn't have the Zeiss signature with color images. Vs. the Leica: The Summilux FLE is very good, but not better. It's main advantage is size. Is that worth double the money? Not to me. I'm going to get years and years of use out of this lens in both professional and artistic applications, and I can't really imagine wanting more from a 35/1.4. Buy with confidence.

This is a nice short connector. It works with my BOSE headphones and makes it possible to use them.

My wife and I have been traveling for over a year with the PD 45 carried in a 35 L configuration. We were able to switch her pack to the new 30 L size. Makes for a lighter carry and better fit for her frame. Also perfect for shorter trips when you’re traveling for a month or less. Absolute great build quality as we have come to expect from PD. The only major design change I missed from the larger pack is the smaller flaps for the straps and lack of magnetic closures.
