Bose Headphones Memorial Day 2018
AdamL | 2024-09-14 01:23:50 |
I got this just in time for our annual Memorial Day camping trip. The EcoFlow River 2 Pro is a game changer. Normally I am scrambling around for as many battery packs that I can find around the house to keep various items powered and charged. Now a quick 70 min charge and I was set for the whole weekend. And to top it off, our friends who just got a solar power camper had a system failure on the last day so I plugged into their system and kept their camper powered through the night until we left the next day. 5 |

Memorial Day / 2014 ....so there I was standing on the street in Washington DC as a line of thousands of Motorcyclists crossed the Potomac River on what is called the Memorial Bridge-- the road sweeps in a curve as the bikers come off the bridge and they travel on to pass the Vietnam Memorial.. Im shooting a tight compressed shot of an interesting looking rider on his bike ( Its hard not to find a cool shot with a crowd like that) and using the Manfrotto MVMXPro for the first time. I say to myself, Do I dare try to widen out just a snivvy, pan with him as he cruises around the curve and keep him in frame? -- The shot was as smooth as glass-- the motion of the head and the stability of the Monopod were superb. --- Now granted I took time to set up the Head with proper tension and axis movement. I squirted a dose of WD-40 on it too! Time and again since that first day-- this monopod has made me look better than I am! 5 |

My Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones arrived a couple of weeks ago and they have quickly become one of the things I look most forward to after a long work day. Forget Calgon… my QuietComfort Ultra’s take me away! I didn’t think it was possible to improve upon the sound quality I’ve come to love with my Bose products… but it seems Bose is “winning” with the release of their new headphones. Set up was easy… after charging the headphones,, it only took a couple of minutes…if that. I first had to download the Bose App to my device and then added the headphones to my account. I can control all the features from the App and the primary ones directly on the headphones. I set my preferable modes on the product and can easily make changes as necessary. My favorite setting…complete immersion. This setting uses the highest noise cancelling level and plays immersive audio in the motion setting. Definitely next level quality sound. I’m able to easily answer calls as they come in as well. The call clarity on my end is perfect… cancelling outside noise distractions of passing emergency vehicles with blaring sirens… and of course the occasional barking dog. I have to take time to locate the speaker in that callers say I’ve sounded muffled at times. It’s possible something is partially covering the speaker …. Maybe it’s my hair, but I’ll figure it out as I continue exploring the features of my new headphones. With that, noise cancelling sound immersion is what I need at the end of a long day. I can unwind to the musicality of contemporary jazz… that sounds like I’m live in studio. Try them for yourself… you won’t be disappointed. 5 |

I ordered this ink in a pinch over Memorial Day weekend. The price was very reasonable and the service fantastic. The ink arrived in two business days on the Wednesday post, which was perfect. A very easy company with whom to work; not so common these days. Jim V, 5 |

I bring it with my d5100 this memorial weekend to chincoteague, and shoot pictures at dawn, sunset, and during the day. The photos are gorgeous. I am happy with the lens and camera. 5 |

Picked up SE535 with the $50 promotion in Nov 2018. This is the best earphone I have used comparing to others such as Bose, Monster and Sennheiser in the past. Sound has so much depth and clarity is beyond description. Best suited for vocal and classical. The foam insert fits well and comfortable for 10+ hours on international flight. Not to mention cabin attendant has to wave hand to get your attention with the excellent sound isolation. Looking forward to the SE846 one day if there is a good discount. Few things that Shure should improve upon. (1) Packaging does not align with the high price point as it is just plastic tray inside a simple paper box. Monster has a much better presentation. (2) Bluetooth wireless cable limits the output frequency range and volume. Bose does a better job here. (3) A real pain to swap out those super tight foam inserts. Always worry that it will damage the driver unit every time but they seem to be very robust. 5 |
