Bose Hearing Assist Headphones

We got these for the hearing assist devices we have at our church.

purchased for someone with serious hearing loss, she reports it works well with her hearing aid, much better than standard headphones with a hearing assist receiver in church.

Our church has used a hearing assist system for several years. We recently reviewed the use of the system and knew we had some members who should be using the system but don't. We purchased some EAR022 clip-on's a little over a month ago along with some EAR021 headphones. Some regular users of the system liked the sound from the headphones while others prefered the clip-on's with their hearing aids. Now some of the non-users have started using the system.

Purchased this for use with a hearing assist device. The original headphones were difficult for some of the older members of our church congregation to use as they were hard to fit over the ears, and ear buds would have also proved difficult, especially for hearing aid wearers. These are very easy for the users to put on and don't mat down the women's hair. Also, the single cord minimizes tangling problems. Have since ordered addition ones because of ease of use.

We purchased some HED021 headphones from B&H a little more than a month ago. Several regular users tried the headphones and said they liked the system before but found the headphones delivered even better sound. This has caused some members to try the system for the first time. We also bought some EAR022 over ear units which some like to use with their hearing aids. Now more of our senior members are hearing all of the spoken word and music keeping us from turning up the volume on the speakers to an unbearable level for many of our other members.

These headphones are great. I enjoy the sound quality and hearing little nuances in songs that I hadn't noticed with the cheap headphones I was using previously. The noise cancellation works really well, also. Battery lasts quite a while. I also use the wire it came with to play my guitar through a headphone amp, and the sound is very clear with that as well. I've owned 3 pairs of Bose headphones before these, and none of them have disappointed. I also can leave them on for hours and even fall asleep with them on and they don't get uncomfortable. That is one of the main reasons I chose to stick with Bose all these years. Overall, they are worth every cent, in my humble opinion. I was fortunate that when I went to buy them they even had a $50 dollar off promotion for the holidays, which was cool.

Decided to give this pair of headphones a try after hearing mixed reviews about Bose headphones in general, some said it’s a great brand and some said it’s an overpriced and overrated brand. Decided to pull the trigger and give it a try despite the high price tag. I’d have to say I am blown away by its performance and comfort. I’ve owned my headphones from all prices ranges, but these Bose Ultras are light, compact, and super comfortable to wear for hours on end. The sound is very clear and crisp. I listen to alot of instrumental music and sound separation is absolutely amazing. The bass is great and the noise cancelling was awesome when I traveled with it over the weekend. Overall a great pair of headphones with a nice protective case. Love the build quality of everything. These will be my new daily use pair of headphones.

We are using these with Williams hearing assist receivers. The audio quality is excellent

I am using Ansmann and Interstate rechargeable batteries. The Ansmann batteries are for wireless mics and the Interstate batteries are for hearing assist packs. I've been using these for several months now and the charge that it puts on the battery is gentle enough that it doesn't wear the batteries out but also quick enough that I can put them on in the morning and have the batteries ready for evening events. Great solution to the growing number of batteries I was trashing 4 days a week.

Use on my hearing assist in the dance hall to hear caller's instructions. Holds more securely than one I had before.
