Best ever headphones. The noice cancelling is much better that’s the Bose 700 thingies. Everything is better.

Ordered it replace a Bose Headphone with Noise Cancelling. Very happy about the purchase, quite heavier than my previous headphone but the quality is there. Really like the possibility to modify the EQ with the app. I also use it to play guitar with my amplifier, great sound overall. I recommend

I am a long time Bose noise cancelling headphone customer. This is my third pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones, my first pair was back in 1990 when my job required a lot of air travel. I am now retired from corporate life but my wife and I own a small online business. I run laser engravers as part of that business and the cooling and exhaust fans create about 70dB of background noise which can cause hearing loss with repeated exposure. In my case, this exposure is 3-4 hours per day so noise cancelling is a must. These headphones are amazing. I can enjoy listening to music, podcasts and more while I work and the fan noise is all but eliminated. I also use them with my Bose Smart Soundbar 600 when I want to watch a movie or sports game on TV while my wife is running sewing or embroidery machines in the open area next to our family room. On-headphone controls are easy and the Bose Music iOS app can be used to adjust equalization. Did I mention answering phone calls, easy with a single button click. I know this review may sound like I am a Bose "schill" but I am just a very satisfied customer over 3 decades of using and listening to Bose products.

I had these speakers for a couple days. Before I bought them I read the reviews on the 700 and the 300. I chose the 700 because of the reviews. I’ve never listen to the 300 but since I had to buy one of them I decide to get the 700. Because of the 360 deg sound. After installing them on the wall and connecting to my sound bar 700. I finally had a chance to listen to them. I knew right away I made the right choice they sound fantastic! They sound fantastic watching a movie or listening to music. I really like the ability to adjust the speaker volume with app. i used the Bose wall mounts which are very easy to install and work well. These speakers are small and look very nice. Even being small they have big sound for a surround speaker. I replaced my old Bose Lifestyle system (about 15 years old) with the 700 Sound-bar, Sub woofer, and 700 Surround speakers. I love the wireless and the ability to adjust the speakers. It sounds better then my old system. Which is saying a lot. I will be handing down my old system to my daughter since it still sounds as good as it did new. With that said yes Bose speaker are expensive. Something to keep in mind is they sound as good as the day you buy them even 20 years later or longer. Sometimes it’s worth paying more for quality.

Have 2 other Bose Noise-Cancelling headphones over the years and I always felt somewhat disappointed in the quality of the noise cancelling, but figured this is what it is. Now I know differently. These Sony headphones literally shut down nearly all the noise where I can't hear anyone talking to me and priced reasonably, unlike the Bose or Apple headphones.

I bought this a few days ago and I use is during work. Noise cancelling is great and I can concentrate on my work. This is the best headphone I've ever used.

I bought these primarily for the noise cancelling, and they work great. I work in an office with half height cubicles and lots of conversations, copier machines, conference calls, etc. I am not exaggerating when I say they brought a momentary tear to my eyes when I turned them on for the first time. The office hum and chaos tuned immediately to a hush. I couldnt even hear the copier or my neighbors conversation. I kept taking them off and putting them on just to make sure I wasnt fooling myself. Right then and there I knew my office life would change for the better, and it has. Ive had these for about two weeks and bring them with me everyday. Please be aware that some voices are of a certain frequency that the noise cancelling doesnt totally block them out, but they are silenced enough that a soft soundtrack through my Bluetooth connection effectively eliminates any remnant noise. The music quality was secondary to my needs, but I am very happy with the quality of both the wired connection and wireless for my streaming service. To maximize these headphones I recommend downloading the Sony Music Center app in addition to the headphone app the instructions link you to download on your mobile device. It seemed to enable the LDAC wireless connection from my mobile phone to these headphones. These get five stara from me because they exceed my expectations. For somebody who is an audiophile, they may not exceed your expectations. But if you want really good audio quality and effective noise cancelling in a wireless over the ear headphone, dont hesitate. BTW, they are very good for taking calls too and having a conversation. My wife couldnt tell I was on headphones when I was talking to her. She said my voice was very clear, for what its worth. One other thing to note is that the physical button that turns on/off the headphone can be reassigned to do Google Assistant. Seems redundant if your phone is within reach. But I like these very much and highly recommend!

This is my first headphone and I am really glad that I chose Sony 1000xm3. The noise-cancelling feature works so great that sometimes you are so amazed how quiet it is as you take it off in a busy environment etc. The connection works great. I love the touchpad. It is so easy to pause/play and adjust the volume. The pad on the crown is also very comfortable!

Hi Bose, This addition to the Soundbar 700 and SoundTouch 300 is absolutely fantastic and elegant. I had the other surround rears but now having the new 700 rears its a big change. The look is a major difference.... absolute quality.... The sound is great but...... it needs to get a tad bit louder. It’s good enough but I would love to turn it up a tad more. BOSE, I have heard this from other people as well.. please do a software update, you could make this even better if you did!
