I had my eye on the Bose quietcomfort 35 II but I looked at comparisons between the sony and the bose. The Sony are more comfortable. I have smaller sony noise cancelling headphones I bought back in 2011 and love them even though they have a cord. The bluetooth range on these is crazy. I ran out of tape measure at 100 and they were still thumping. I love the hidden controls on the right earcup housing. Double tap to pause the device and double tap to resume play. 5 |

One month review - excellent sound quality and comfort. I tried the xm5, bose qc 35, and qc 45, and Im very satisfied with the xm4's, it really comes down to personal preferences in re: ergonomics, but you cant go wrong with the m4. 5 |

Very sharp, very contrasty, perfectly smooth bokeh, even for a 35mm. The build feels pretty much perfect, and focusing is precise. It's a big lens on a rangefinder, but the performance more than makes up for it. It is as good on film as it is on the M 240. Being that it's a Distagon design, it also performs pretty well on Sony bodies. Of course, it was made the M mount, and it's best on a Leica or Zeiss Ikon. For a fast 35 your only other options are the Leica, and 2 Voigtlanders (not counting the 'classic' 35/1.4 because it's a special effect lens in essence, and the modern optics just do a different thing). Vs the 35/1.2: The Zeiss is sharper with more modern Bokeh, and better contrast. Though if you like classic character you may prefer the 35/1.2. Size is the same. Vs. the 35/1.7: I would say this lens is the only real competition. It's a lot cheaper and has 85% of the performance. But it's not a 35/1.4, and doesn't have the Zeiss signature with color images. Vs. the Leica: The Summilux FLE is very good, but not better. It's main advantage is size. Is that worth double the money? Not to me. I'm going to get years and years of use out of this lens in both professional and artistic applications, and I can't really imagine wanting more from a 35/1.4. Buy with confidence. 5 |

The Bose QuietComfort Headphones are the REAL DEAL. These things check all the boxes, from comfort to sound to ANC. The battery life has been exceptional, with play far outlasting any long sessions I’ve had with them on. The immersive audio is an intuitive, interesting feature (just make sure you check the app to ensure the IA is in the correct parameters for your current activity). The only shortcoming I’ve found with these stellar headphones is that I believe that the drivers could be a little larger to get a slightly deeper, bassist range down low. That is literally the only shortfall. My wife also wanted me to add, for all you out there that face the same issue, that the ANC does WONDERS for canceling out my snoring. 5 |

Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones have the best ANC in the market. The different modes are immersive, aware, and quiet work great. Immersive is spatial and ANC, allowing you to focus on the sound. Quiet mode blocks outside noise and awareness allow the important sounds in. The sound quality is very clean sounding. Treble, mids, and bass all have a distinct channel and don't bleed into each other. The app does have EQ settings so you can adjust bass, treble, and mids. The sound from Bose will never be bass-heavy. I feel the sound is too clean and is missing a warmth. The build quality is solid and the headphones are comfortable to wear for hours. My only complaint is the ear cups are too shallow. In summary, if you are looking for clean sound with awesome ANC the Bose QuietComfort headphones are for you. 5 |

It certainly was worth the wait for Bose to come out with the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones! As always Bose strikes again, delivering a high quality products time and time again! From the packaging - to the carrying case - to the actual headphones, everything is PERFECT. When opening the headphones, the first thing you notice is how compact they are - the headphones lay flat and fit in a super sturdy carrying case, which is a perfect size when traveling for work. They fit in my backpack with no problem, and likely would also fit in a purse or handbag you could carry around! The set up is simple and intuitive, it took me under 5 minutes to fully set up and get comfortable with the buttons on the headphones and the UI of the companion app. Not only that - the materials and feel of the headphones were PERFECT - everything feels super sleek and high quality. When I played the first song, I felt completely immersed in the music. As you move or turn your head, the song moved along with you, it's something that I have never experienced any headphones do! It was super cool and made listening to music even more enjoyable - it felt like I was listening to music from a stage! Would highly recommend buying the QuietComfort Ultra headphones for yourself or a family member over any other products on the market - especially with the holiday season coming up! 5 |
