Bose Quietcomfort 35 Noise Cancelling Headphones

Have 2 other Bose Noise-Cancelling headphones over the years and I always felt somewhat disappointed in the quality of the noise cancelling, but figured this is what it is. Now I know differently. These Sony headphones literally shut down nearly all the noise where I can't hear anyone talking to me and priced reasonably, unlike the Bose or Apple headphones. 5 |

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Headphones are a game-changer in the world of noise-canceling headphones. I've had the pleasure of using them for a while now, and I must say, they deliver an exceptional audio experience. First and foremost, the noise cancellation on these headphones is nothing short of incredible. They effortlessly drown out background noise, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in your music or podcasts. Whether you're on a noisy commute, working in a bustling coffee shop, or just need some peace and quiet at home, these headphones will do the trick. Sound quality is where Bose truly shines. The audio is crisp, clear, and well-balanced across the entire spectrum. The bass is punchy without being overpowering, and the mids and highs are rich and detailed. Whether you're listening to classical music, hip-hop, or podcasts, these headphones deliver a fantastic audio experience. Comfort is another area where the QuietComfort Ultra excels. They are incredibly lightweight and come with plush ear cushions, making them comfortable to wear for extended periods. The headband is adjustable and feels secure without being too tight. They're perfect for long flights or marathon work sessions. Battery life is also impressive. With up to 20 hours of playback time on a single charge, you can enjoy your music all day without worrying about running out of power. The touch-sensitive controls on the earcups are intuitive and easy to use. You can adjust volume, skip tracks, and even answer calls with a few simple taps. These are worth every penny if you value top-notch noise cancellation, audio quality, and comfort. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Headphones are a premium choice for audiophiles and frequent travelers alike, and they have certainly earned a spot at the top of my list of favorite headphones. 5 |

Ive had several other noise cancelling headphones by Bose (QC35 II) and Beats (Studio Wireless) and I always hailed Bose as king of Noise Cancelling headphones. Now the only thing that Bose has over Sony is the durability of the headphones, my Bose headphones I could pretty much bend however I wanted and they wouldn't break. The Sony's are a bit more stiff, but the material is still premium! I originally went with Bose because of their comfort though, I like to wear my headphones for an extended period of time and the old Sony's (XM1 and XM2) got uncomfortable after a few hours. With the new design however, I can see myself wearing these all day! What does Sony have to offer that's better than Bose? - Noise cancelling (much better) - Sound quality - Battery life - Customization through app - Accessories (better quality auxiliary charger cords, as well as a good airplane adapter!!) - USB-C Charger!!! (as a MacBook Pro owner this was a must, I hated micro-usb so much) - Comfort? (I'm still testing this out but ill update in a few weeks if its better or on-par with the Bose QuietComfort 35 ii) 5 |

This is my first pair of new Bose headphones since I purchased my Bose noise cancelling headphones roughly 6 years ago. The difference in the audio experience and the noise cancelling features is hands down the best yet! The fit and feel of the headphones are very comfortable, lightweight, and fit the contour of my head very nicely. Aesthetically, the headphones look top-notch and very well put together. Battery life is more than I would ever need in any given go, but I have yet to run into any performance or charging issues. Pairing the headphones with the Bose app was seamless, and the product demonstration/tutorial was fantastic. I fly a lot for work and for anyone wanting to tune out the white noise of air travel and have a truly immersive audio experience, look no further than the Bose QuietComfort Ultra. 5 |

My Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones arrived a couple of weeks ago and they have quickly become one of the things I look most forward to after a long work day. Forget Calgon… my QuietComfort Ultra’s take me away! I didn’t think it was possible to improve upon the sound quality I’ve come to love with my Bose products… but it seems Bose is “winning” with the release of their new headphones. Set up was easy… after charging the headphones,, it only took a couple of minutes…if that. I first had to download the Bose App to my device and then added the headphones to my account. I can control all the features from the App and the primary ones directly on the headphones. I set my preferable modes on the product and can easily make changes as necessary. My favorite setting…complete immersion. This setting uses the highest noise cancelling level and plays immersive audio in the motion setting. Definitely next level quality sound. I’m able to easily answer calls as they come in as well. The call clarity on my end is perfect… cancelling outside noise distractions of passing emergency vehicles with blaring sirens… and of course the occasional barking dog. I have to take time to locate the speaker in that callers say I’ve sounded muffled at times. It’s possible something is partially covering the speaker …. Maybe it’s my hair, but I’ll figure it out as I continue exploring the features of my new headphones. With that, noise cancelling sound immersion is what I need at the end of a long day. I can unwind to the musicality of contemporary jazz… that sounds like I’m live in studio. Try them for yourself… you won’t be disappointed. 5 |

I went into B&H looking for a pair of noise-cancelling headphones. The floor attendant told me that it would be mostly a toss-up between Sony and Bose for top-of-the-line equipment. I eventually settled on Sony because I was more interested in listening to natural voice than to bass and musical effects. So far so good. I am happy with the performance, which kept my ears protected during the 9-hour flight home. 5 |

At first I thought these didn't fit well enough on my QC35 Bose headphones and would impact noise cancelling quality, but after a couple of days they settled in nicely. My QC35s are a few years old and I already had to replace the original vinyl ear padding once, so I was looking for some extra protection so I wouldn't have to do it again. These fit the bill and are very comfortable against my ears. 5 |

I am a long time Bose noise cancelling headphone customer. This is my third pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones, my first pair was back in 1990 when my job required a lot of air travel. I am now retired from corporate life but my wife and I own a small online business. I run laser engravers as part of that business and the cooling and exhaust fans create about 70dB of background noise which can cause hearing loss with repeated exposure. In my case, this exposure is 3-4 hours per day so noise cancelling is a must. These headphones are amazing. I can enjoy listening to music, podcasts and more while I work and the fan noise is all but eliminated. I also use them with my Bose Smart Soundbar 600 when I want to watch a movie or sports game on TV while my wife is running sewing or embroidery machines in the open area next to our family room. On-headphone controls are easy and the Bose Music iOS app can be used to adjust equalization. Did I mention answering phone calls, easy with a single button click. I know this review may sound like I am a Bose "schill" but I am just a very satisfied customer over 3 decades of using and listening to Bose products. 5 |
