Bose Soundtouch 10 Wireless Speakers

I bought these after an epic failure using Bose Soundtouch 10. Those speakers sounded great WHEN they worked. Wifi and bluetooth constantly failed. These EDIFIER are great! Easy set up and they sound as good as the Bose! And they work every time I use them!

We returned our expensive Bose Soundtouch speakers and replaced them with these speakers, as you can use bluetooth to connect to the roku TV and then stream from your phone to the speakers. Sound clarity is much better than with the TV alone. Auto-leveling feature works pretty well.

I was pondering about these for at least 2 years before making the purchase. Why ponder so long? Well couple of reasons - mixed reviews from folks where some were of the opinion that there is no sound and others saying that it is just awesome; and couple that with the price tag, then you can begin to ponder! So, ok, bought it and have been using them for a good 6 months now after pairing them with my Bose SoundTouch 300, and we have been having an amazing time! We have actually managed to watch a lot of sci-fi movies again, just to realize what we have bought and how good sound can be. These speakers added that extra dimension to the sound of a TV and have brought out the best. There are serious moments when you feel that - "Hey where did that sound come from, or hey is there someone in the back!" I'd say, when you get those kind of feelings or questions, then yes, you have got what you asked for! These speakers are small, easily blend with the stuff you might have in your shelves and get tuned to the room environment using the Bose tech of ADAPTiQ audio calibration. They fill the room with excellent sound and can be tuned even further with the Bose SoundTouch App using your mobile / mac / pc. Worth every penny if you want the surround sound experience at home!

So..... I have been, or was, a Bose customer for 35 years. I recently replaced our entire Bose system that included the Lifestyle Soundtouch 535 series III, 3 Bose Soundtouch 20's, 1 Soundtouch 30 and one 10. We replaced it with 6 Sonos one's, 2 Sonos Five's, 1 Move, 2 Arc's and one Sub. Every aspect of the new Sonos system is substantially better than the Bose products that we had. First, the sound is MUCH better. The home theater is amazing, we are hearing sounds that we never heard before. We play music all day and the sound throughout the house is absolutely awesome! The App is excellent, much better than Bose Soundtouch and with a ton more features, like an alarm that we can set to wake the entire house. And technical support is a 10! The build quality is outstanding and the unboxing experience is pretty darn awesome. Setup is so simple. I never was able to set up any of the Bose Lifestyle systems, and I've had 5 over the years, without calling support. I also love the history of Sonos.

If you have Bose Speakers (I have the Bose Acoustimass 10 Series V ones) these are a must have. They are a perfect fit. Very easy to install and super sturdy. Don't mess around with "Universal Stands".� If you have high quality speakers, get the high quality stands to match! If you can't afford these brackets, then you shouldn't be buying high end speakers. Match the quality of speaker with the quality of bracket.

Hi Bose, This addition to the Soundbar 700 and SoundTouch 300 is absolutely fantastic and elegant. I had the other surround rears but now having the new 700 rears its a big change. The look is a major difference.... absolute quality.... The sound is great but...... it needs to get a tad bit louder. It’s good enough but I would love to turn it up a tad more. BOSE, I have heard this from other people as well.. please do a software update, you could make this even better if you did!

Extremely easy work with Echo Alexa the sound quality much better than the Bose soundtouch.

We waited weeks for the Era 300 to come out and replaced our Bose SoundTouch 30. The APP is better, easier to use and better sound.

I replaced a Bose Soundtouch 30 with The Five and it fills my living area just as well, if not better. The Five is about the same size as the Bose Soundtouch 30 and the sound is roughly comparable. That's where the similarities end. The Five is much easier to connect with its app than the Bose was. Since I already had a Sonos Arc with Sub Mini and One SL surrounds, as well as a Sonos Roam, I am now able to stream music throughout my home, and it sounds fantastic! I stream Apple Music and the Bose product does not support it. I especially enjoy Spatial Audio in my den (Arc/Sub Mini/One SLs,) so I figured I would be happy with The Five as a single speaker in my living area. (I am!)

After months of deliberation I decided I would buy Bose SoundTouch 30... I instantly changed my mind when I arrived to the store and physically compared the sound quality - the latest Sonos play5 was in another league! I found that the Bose distorted at about 75% volume, whereas the Sonos pumped a clear sound at 100% volume with a huge difference in rich bass. To top it off, the Sonos was a lot cheaper. Why had I decided on buying a Bose? This was due to the fact that Sonos required an internet connection to work and Bose can operate via bluetooth. Hear them both for yourself and you will see why I had to choose Sonos!
