I am a wedding photographer in Boston. I am often times out and about outdoors, in windy, strange, new locations. I use my Godox AD600pro all the time when sun conditions are less then optimal. The problem is that the 600 is very heavy and mounting it atop of stand is risky. The remote head really helps bring the center of gravity down and reduce the risk of tip over.

This unit is portable for us wedding photographers. They just work. I have 4 of these.

I've gone to many weddings where photographers had (of course) a cannon or nikon taking pics inside the church under lower inside lighting at longer distances and produced reasonable results. I differently knew I couldn't do this with my E-1 and 14-54 lens. Well to my surprise my wife surprised me with a E-5 last x-mas. First time tears came to my eyes in a long time!! I later bought the 50mm macro and 12-60 SWD lenses. My nephew's little boy was to baptized in July so I decided to be like a nikon or cannon photographer and try to take pics in church conditions. Since it was a christening and not a wedding there would be little pressure who ever wanted to take pictures could. Guess what-- just for the hec of it I rented the olympus 35-100. The minute I put in on the E-5 I was in photo dream land. I first started in the choir loft about 60 ft from the altar. These pictures were incredible with 2.0 aperture the pictures were like having the 50mm at 10ft NOT 60 FT. From that distance the pics were incredibly sharp and very bright and colors popped. I then moved to the altar and took the rest of the photos from 4 to 15 ft away. Afterwards I took pics at the reception. You would really have to see my photos to realize the IQ of this lens. The colors, sharpness, creamy backgrounds are truly magical. When I do go to another wedding I will look at those nikon and cannon wedding photographers definitely in a different light (Ha Ha) I may just pull out my own 35-100 lens (I hope next xmas) and see them run for the megapixel hills!! P.S. I had such a great time taking pictures with this brilliant lens I really couldn't remember the weight everybody complains about.

Eneloop was highly recommended by other wedding photographers and so far they are super dependable, charge quickly and store alot of power!

This is a handy device for event and wedding photographers. It moves the light source high above the camera and helps eliminate red-eye and shadows. Installation guide is not very clear so it can take a few tries to get it right. Right hand, left hand specification is not clear. 4 1/2 stars if I had that choice.

I have two of these (one for me and one for my wife) both on Nikon D700's. We are wedding photographers and this lens gives us such a great range for that purpose. So reviewed this lens as having slow focus but we have not experienced problems with the D700. The weight is almost the same as the 24-120vr that we were using but the range makes it all worth while even if it was a little more heavy.

We use our lens for just about everything. We are wedding photographers and use a 50mm probably around 75% of the time. It is great for portrait shots. You cannot match the clarity of the 50mm 1.2 to any other lens. We have been renting a 50mm for about a year now, and after saving up, we have now purchased one. We love it! There is nothing wrong with this lens. I mean if I had to pick something wrong, I would say that it is a little heavy, especially for the size, but in a way that is what makes it good because the build quality is incredible. It feels very well made. ...

excellent for on location photographers. Take this to your wedding or senior photoshoot and get great studio lighting anywhere. I use these with my nikon sb-800 flashes and it beats hauling my elinchrom flash heads. I shoot with nikons creative lighting system and I am very pleased I gort these Impact umbrella kit to go with my portrait studio.

Our photography studio are the primary photographers/videographers for a wedding chapel in coronado, CA. We needed to get the canon 5dmkii off a tripod and mounted to the wall above the entrance way for the isle to the alter. This Avenger F302BabyWallPlate - with a Manfrotto variable friction arm was the perfect solution. Thank you B&H, Manfrotto and Avenger for always providing excellent products and service that enhances our business.
