Bottom Unit For Front Loading Washer

The unit set-up easily and quickly. The front zippered panel fastens and unfastens with (ample) velcro strips, to allow access in and to insert the provided background fabric, which is of quality durable nylon on one side and a velvet like, flocked surface on the other and comes with a black and a white background. The background material secures to the unit with 3 velcro tabs. The whole surface of the interior of the unit is flocked or fuzzy, which allows for a really nice diffusion of light. Purchased this unit specifically to photograph some historic, absolutely rare glass pieces which are light weight. The unit by itself doesn't sit exactly flat on the bottom, the ring around the bottom touched the table surface but, the fabric, under tension, left about an inch gap between the fabric and my flat work table. To anchor the bottom I located two pieces of scrap 3/4 plywood approx. 34x20, which worked very well. To additionally secure the unit, I clamped the the slightly overhanging front facing bottom of the unit to the work table lip. It was a bit tricky collapsing the unit down to fit into it's 15 diameter by 5 carrying case after the shoot but quite fine once I learned the proper torque and twist necessary. Note: It's just like folding up a bounce reflector, however it takes a little more force to get it to close than a simple reflector. I used 2 strobe lights (left and right) at about 10 inches away from the exterior material, which gave an even soft box quality to the glass pieces. This is a really well made and thought out light shed and I can highly recommend it. P.S. There's an extra kit if you might need a gray background and that comes with an additional black and white background.

And the feet are definitely rubber. Loading ANY rack, even with just 1 piece of gear, and then setting it on a leather chair like another reviewer did is just asking for trouble. Most chairs, especially nice leather ones, are sloped down towards the front. Anyway, great rack. Perfect for a guitarist with a minimalist setup. An extra plus, and the main reason I got it, is that the rails are recessed about an inch, so most knobs and switches aren't sticking out beyond the front edges. This gives mounted gear an extra measure of protection in case it topples over and falls on its face. ;)

This is a hard to find frame size in the front - loading format. Extremely reasonable price. Fast delivery.

It had all I wanted in a printer: double sided printing, front paper loading, scanner, iPhone task capabilities.

No other cord I've had for my front-loading Fender Mustang bass comes close. This gold-tipped wonder runs silent and deep without any tangle. Highly recommended for pro sound!

I was skeptical because this frame did not have a review and I have never seen a front loading frame in my life! This is a truly great frame if you want the main focus to be on the photo. Loading this frame is much easier than other frames that you load from the back. All you do is pull the sides of the frame, the glass pops out, you put the photo in the frame, and pop the glass back in. The price is GREAT! I am ordering 3 more of these frames so I can put 4 together on my wall! Expertise: Ameature digital photography

I recently found myself in the position of needing a set of 16x20 Photo Frames for a last minute group show. As I was searching in and around New York City for a product I could pick up that day, I came across these MCS 16x20 Black front-loading frames. These frames are easy to use, and can fit most forms of matting. I would recommend these frames for durational or home use showings. The thin black frame is slight but professional, and the front loading glass pops back into place with ease. I would recommend trying to avoid moving work already placed inside these MCS frames, as they are front loading, and are at risk of being ejected from the frame if jostled around in a bag or box. For students, novice, & professional alike, these frames are an inexpensive solution to the very expensive task of framing artworks.
