Bought Computer Without Windows Cd

As many of the other reviewers of this product mention, I too went to search for a driver. After wasting time doing that, I realized that when I restarted my computer, it just magically recognized the device and when I inserted a DVD, or CD, I was able to burn them to my computer. It seems to work on my Windows 7 and Mac operating systems just fine. I have a MacBook Pro without a built-in CD/DVD drive, so this works nicely. I am running OS X Yosemite 10.10.2 (mac) and Windows 7 in Parallels and have been able to burn discs nicely. I would advise forgetting about the usual driver headache that we come to expect when we get new devices and if your computer does not recognize/"see" the device in Finder (mac) or Explorer (windows) when you first plug it in, try a restart and try to plug it in and start playing with it! Sometimes we like to complicate things that do not ask to be complicated...at least that was my experience.

Without a doubt have been using HP since well forever. The hard part is always letting go of my previous HP plotter because some new update in windows will not let me use. But always buy HP, and from HP, best plotters for Design and Construction industry.

I've been using this product for 2 years and it has worked great. I bought a new computer with Windows 8 and to my dismay found out there is no Windows 8 driver. Hopefully this will change soon. So if you want a great device for up to Windows 8, you've found it. But don't buy it for Windows 8.

I bought a second one of these because I purchased a second headless media computer, this time on Windows. This dongle works perfect and gives me all the resolution choices I need for remote operation of my machine.

the memory i bought was right and worked and fit from the list they had on there memory finder menu and speedup the new computer windows 10 a lot

bought a dell windows 10 computer with 4 g memory. the thing couldn't do anything not enough memory. Dell wanted way too much to upgrade the memory so i looked up the stats and i ordered this. The computer now functions great. So i added 4 x the memory and i still have the option of installing the 4 g in addition to the 16 but i don't really need it since the 16 is now pleanty to run the system for my needs.

Installed in a Windows 10 Desktop, installed the driver from the CD, and it works perfectly so far.

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked.

I bought a Lenovo AIO recently. Nice PC but only had a 500GB M.2 SSD. I bought this Crucial 2TB and installed it today. I used the Acronis software from Crucial to clone the smaller M.2 drive to the new 2TB SSD. It took two tries to clone successfully, but 2nd try was the charm, and the process took less than an hour. Then I removed the back panel on the computer. The photo shows the AIO opened up and ready to expose the motherboard and swap out the M.2 drive. After reassembly, the computer coughed and failed to start Windows 11, but Lenovo and Windows provided multiple options to fix the problem. After I deleted two recent Windows Updates, hurray! Success! This drive is not the fastest M.2 that Crucial makes, but the computer is basically a home workstation, not used for gaming. The price was great, too. Less than Crucial's OEM price, and the drive was in stock at BH Photo. BTW, I bought the drive through the Guest checkout process, but then I created a BH Photo account and was able to view the FedEx shipping status. Even though it was ground shipping, I got the drive in only 3 days.

I use a Windows Pro 7 laptop gaming machine for hobby-based audio fun. It has been difficult to get a clean audio signal from multiple sound sources (tape, cassette, CD) into my laptop using the laptop's Audio In jack.
