Improved lap times due to more confidence in the braking zones. Brake mod (included) is essential.

Nice heavy flashlight with some nice features, the magnet on the end, the side lights, the red flashing lights. I keep one in my car and one by my desk!

flashing lights indicate charge level roughly.

Does its job. I like how the flashing of the lights lets you know where you are in the charge cycle.

Works great. The flashing lights are an easy way to see how the charge is progressing.

All heavy duty with very nice braking system. I like the fact that there are no rivets in construction. That is one thing that this has over the comparable stands. I also like the way you can use the riser as a 4th stabilizing leg. It adds a lot more stability than I thought before trying it. The only thing I would like for this stand that it can't do is roll on wheels.

Router is simple and faster than my previous D-link at 150mbps.I like that I don't have to see all the flashing lights.

Heavy and awkward... But so much better and safer than using a turtle stand shaft and a cardellini mounted to a Jr stand. It *has* to be heavy and awkward to really work. The handle has a great brake in it...I was unfamiliar with it based on using other MSE products (it's kind of like the disc brake on the Arri T1 and other lights...) It seems to grip really strongly. Of course, having the boom, you have plenty of counterweight, so you're not over-relying on the strength of the handle or how tight you can snug it up.

I keep the Poly-Steel 700 in my truck because of the fact it has the red flashing light on it. If I would have trouble I can just turn it on and stick it to the truck since it also has a magnet. It has the zoom on the front end and all the lights are bright. I have several Coast lights and all of them are high quality and well designed. I will always be a Coast customer. The warranty and customer service is second to none.
