Brand Are Opened Universal Remotes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We lose remotes every day, so it's nice to have a universal backup remote. It's very easy to use. Fits nicely in your hand and it's bigger than our normal remote. So I it's been harder to lose lol. Didn't have any problems getting it set up. Pretty self-explanatory. It's a must-have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the easiest universal remotes I’ve ever had. The setup is super simple the directions are the easiest to follow. The remote does take some getting used to due to its size but after a few days it gets to feel natural in the hand.

I got 2 universal remotes and neither of them worked beyond 10 ft and even at that range they worked about 50% of the time!! This one works EVERY time at that distance!

The remote is much easier than the universal remotes I have used in the past. I find the Roku remote is quickly learned and easy to manage. The Roku unit has performed flawlessly. We've had our unit in place for about 4 weeks now and we are very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the One for All universal remote to consolidate all of my remotes to make my life easer. No longer do I have to reach for several remotes. I can grab just one and enjoy whatever device I need at the time. A truly remarkable device.

I was using an off-brand card reader. This Sony product has opened my eyes to speed!

Great remote; works as expected and is much cheaper than the other big name brand remotes. I will be ordering another for my second camera.

Most Nikon-brand camera remotes are either very short range (5-15 ft) using infrared/line of site, or very expensive long range (100+ ft) using radio frequency (RF) technology. This RF unit is a fraction of the cost and works perfectly. And because it has its own battery it doesn't drain the camera's. It replaces a Nikon WU-1a remote which operated via a smartphone app but didn't work nearly as well - besides short-range, it quickly ran the camera battery down and kept losing its signal. Only benefit it had (when it worked) was ability to view picture via Live View.

I'm hard on cable remotes. Having to replace them every year or so at $35 a pop for the brand name hurts. This works just as well, if not better.

Remotes tend to be a bit pricy for such a sipmple function, but the Canon brand is worth the extra few dollars over the off brand. It has a locking feature that keeps it from falling out of your camera.
