I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

Luv it! Quiet and compact. New windows 10 is difficult to work with and so different from my old windows 10 pro. I've used Outlook for many years, new Outlook 2019 is an absolute nightmare to setup/connect. Microsoft support puts you on hold...then hangs up 5 |

My first NEW computer since 1991. My last new computer was an Apple Mac Quadra 840AV. I built my own Windows machines in the 90’s and 2000’s. Bought used Mac’s off eBay after that. 2007 and 2012 MacBooks. This is an incredible computer. I highly recommend it. Fantastic keyboard. Love it! 5 |

I'm using it as the D drive in an Intel NUC, with Windows 10 installed on an SSD C drive. This WD Blue model is an SMR drive. I don't know that I would recommend it as a primary system drive but I have never tried that. I needed a high capacity low profile second drive. This one works great for that kind of usage. 5 |
