This mic will pretty much blow your mind with how clean it records. The brass instrument clip isn't that great. It wouldn't stay secured on the trumpet I mounted it on. Plus, certain mutes will prevent it from mounting entirely. I'm sure the clip is very instrument dependent, so plan for backup mounting options. When in doubt, gaff tape. 5 |

This step up ring is built to tight tolerances, made of solid brass, so it doesn't bind when the temperature changes like cheaper aluminum. Good buy, slightly pricey, but I expect to have it for a long time. 5 |

Used this once so far but it screwed on nice and tight, I also now see as a brass ring, the quality is higher and.it is way easier to remove, (no more rings and filters getting stuck together). Also PolarPro have a great reputation and I can see why. 10/10 so far. 5 |

I use mine with an X-Pro 2 and 2-3 lens. A bit tight with 3 lens. Fine leather and brass hardware. I just got mine and I love mine. How it holds up over time remains to be seen. I have the black leather. 5 |
