This mic will pretty much blow your mind with how clean it records. The brass instrument clip isn't that great. It wouldn't stay secured on the trumpet I mounted it on. Plus, certain mutes will prevent it from mounting entirely. I'm sure the clip is very instrument dependent, so plan for backup mounting options. When in doubt, gaff tape. 5 |

I just bought three of these to keep in my trunk with my road PA. Very well made (steel parts where other mic stands usually have brass or plastic). My engineer brother (who is very picky) plans to buy several. Much better deal for the price than competing mic stands in my opinion. 5 |

Bought it on sale, and works great out of the box! I did a price comparison to what the parts would cost if I built it myself, and when on sale, I still found it was a better value. I work in Unreal Engine 5 and it can handle anything I throw at it without dropping a frame. 5 |
